Corr stopped bucking and trotted back to Melody and Karma keeping his ears pricked and eyes watchful for the cougar's return

Melody bit her lip, worried out of her mind.

The cougar hid in the bushes, stalking around then bolted out agasin toward's corr's side.

Corr wheeled and charged at the cougar's head, whinnying a deadly challenge

The cougar easily and quickly moved over when they got close to jump up and very slightly catch COrr's shoulder, then landed and continued running, going straight at Karma and Mel.

Corr shifted his weight slightly and turned on one hoof before galloping after the cougar and knocked it from its course with his front legs. He reared up and slammed his legs down on the ground by the cougar as a warning to leave or the next one would hit its head

The courage fell back, startled at Corr's warning, quickly standing and hissing, but not quite ready to leave.

Corr snorted angrily kicked his front right hoof out, slamming it into the cougar's stomach and rib cage area, planning to knock the wind out of it

The cougar growled when it feel back again, finding it hard to breath for a moment, then standing and charging corr easily jumping up at him, claws out and teeth bared.

Corr let the cougar land on his back then he buckled like he was hurt but without hesitation rolled onto his back, effectively crushing the feline-maybe not dead- but crushed slightly

The cougar then surrendered, somehow managing to stand and limped away, greatly injured but still eager to get away.
