Griffon growled a bit more. He had no idea what was going on with Skylar, Jake, and Belle. He was at a distance, but it still bothered him.

Belle rolled her eyes, "You're still single because he doesn't love you. Avery pushed him into saying that. It was all a lie to let me be with Griffon, but I want to be with Jake, and he wants to be with me." Her voice stayed even as she sat and watched Skylar. Her face showed no signs of lying.

Sky's lie detector didn't go off. Her heart lurched as tears filled her eyes. "Jake..." she whispered trying not to cry. She knew it. He was just a stupid player. "I HATE YOU!" She forced them out in a yell and bolted as tears whipped from her eyes. She found a way out of the park and ran to it and through it into the woods. She ran past Mabel and hers spot. Jake was all a big lie. Tears rushed down her cheeks as she ran.

I didn't mean for this to happen!" he stopped, knowing she was gone. He looked back at Blle, and sat down next to her. He didn't say a word. He wasn't sure what to say. She had just hurt his friend... was he supposed to tell her he loved her? After this?
