I stepped back from the lioness and shrank slightly, to show her I meant no harm. Then I straightened myself. "Nothing. I was just wondering if you would like to chat." I said and sat down. I looked at her cubs that she was in front off. "Hello," I said to them.
Melody relaxed, but was still alert. "About what?" she asked. Meena ducked behind her mothers back shyly, but Sariah was as bold as ever. "Hi!" she chirped.
Hello, I'm Dessy.I haven't been active for a long time, but I'm trying to get back into it. Hello c:
I blinked, and smiled, looking back up at the lioness. "Anything. What's your name?" I asked, flicking my ear as a pesky fly buzzed around it. "I'm Kuma." I flashed her another smile. Then I looked at the bold cub. "What are your cub's names?" I asked the lioness, glancing also at the other cub.
"Im Melody. The shy one is Meena, and the bold one is Sariah. Its very nice to meet you." she said. She smiled back at him. She was still nervous, but she was quite a bit more relaxed.

"Those are very pretty names." I purred. "Are any of you hungry?" I asked, looking between all of them. I wasn't quite sure if her cubs could eat raw meat yet. I stood up and shook out my mane. "I could probably find you something to eat."
Melody blinked at him. "Thank you. That would be very much appreciated, but, two things first. One, would it be possible for me to hunt with you? I... it would make feel like I was being lazy if I let you do it by yourself. And, second thing." She paused, then continued. "Why are you being so nice?"
Hello, I'm Dessy.I haven't been active for a long time, but I'm trying to get back into it. Hello c:
I turned to look out over the savanna. "One, you wouldn't have too hunt with me. I already know where a carcass is." I looked at her and grinned. "Two, well, why can't I be nice? Not every nomad is looking to rip someone's throat out. Besides, I'm trying to start a pride. I have to make friends to do that right?" I said, hoping I wouldn't scare her off by telling her I wanted a pride.
Kuma dipped his head. "I would like my lionesses to trust me before I start a pride with them. Even though I could easily just force them into my pride." I met her gaze, using my words carefully. Then I started to jog away to the carcass. I didn't ponder on the thought of them not coming. If they didn't, I could easily find them again and talk to them once more.
