Alex smiled at the doe. He really liked her he didn't know what he was feeling. Was it love? He hated the fact that breeding season was coming up. He always hated the fact of having to breed with as many does as possable so he never did. "Its me" he said after she said 'Its you'. "My name is Alex, What is yours? Are you lost?"


Rose
Rose felt distraught (oi. Forgot how to spell) she trotted off into the woods looking for a stream. She suddenly felt thirsty.

Storm held his head up high her heard wolves that were fifteen minutes away he continued grazing he said "They'll be heading north." he grazed and trotted to under a tree. He stood up on his hind legs to get bark from the trees. He got on and ate it.


Winded grazed in the grass she looked around and went into the deeper part of the woods. She saw rabbits and squarels she trotted to this odd looking tree and studied it. The bark looked delisous she took some and saw a owl whoot and was frightened.

Dahlia slept, twitching in pain every now and again. The doe was recovering from her blood loss quickly. It seemed like she would make it after all!

Aster smiled. "Alex..." she repeated softly, trying out his name. "I'm Aster. And well... yes. As a matter of fact, I am lost." The small doe, frowned sadly. She looked up at the stars above. "It's getting late.." Aster said softly, yawning. "It's been such a long day and I'm awfully tired." She said dreary eyed.

Alex looked at the doe. "Well i know exactly where we are. We can sleep in my space tonight? unless you need me to help you find yours" Alex said. He didn't want to make her uncomfortable but he didn't want her to leave. He liked the company of this doe and hoped it would go farther then friendship.

Rain cocked his head to the side. "So, it was nice meeting you... and stuff. I'll be sleeping in a small clear area." He said. He couldn't help but feel awkward and annoying. Did they not want him? He just so weird. He wondered... If there would be a doe for him.

Dahlia woke up in the middle of the night, deathly thirsty. She felt sore and crippled with scrapes, but she forced herself to get up and tiptoe slowly to the river to get a drink. When she got back to her thicket, she thought of how incredibly lucky she was to have survived the wolf attack. The scratches and deep scrapes on her back had finally stopped bleeding. What hurt the most now was the bite on her neck. Dahlia started licking her wounds clean, wincing at the stinging pain. After a while, she fell asleep again.

Aster smiled up at Alex, she felt so tiny next to his large frame. She shifted on her legs at his question, slightly uncomfortable but not wanting to show it. "Well it's really late and there might be danger." she said finally, "I'm too tired to keep walking. Let's find my herd in the morning." Aster spoke timidly and wished she could break the invisible wall of awkwardness. Then she decided to take a chance and do something she had never done before. She gave Alex a little kiss on his cheek and said lovingly, "I like you and would feel much safer if I stayed with you tonight." Her heart was pounding but she was smiling like a fool. The starlight shone into her big round eyes, making them sparkle.
