Secretive, graceful, poised, beautiful. Melodious voice, shimmering pelt, with an air about her that makes you want to draw close. A stable, wise, experienced mother, though she is young and has only mothered one fawn thus far, she raised him extremely well.
History
Dahlia was always had a resourceful, practical, down to earth, personality. When the time came for her to mate an bear a fawn, naturally her new tasks came easily to her and she carefully and successfully raised up her son Darren until adulthood. Now it is time for the cycle to repeat again, Dahlia is hoping to meet a buck to father her next fawn.

Loves fawns and hopes to mother many during her lifetime, but is also scared. Dreams of her first mate, hoping he will not abandon her after the first year, but continue to be her partner in bearing fawns each year.
History
Aster is a young doe who has just grown into the responsibility of hopefully mothering her first fawn this year. She is very apprehensive and nervous about the whole issue. She will need the help of the older does in the pack and hopefully a supportive mate. (It always helps to have a supportive mate but in the world of deer its not something they can depend on all the time.)

In the early morning hours, Dahlia stirred awake. She quickly rose up and cautiously peeped out of her thicket, slender head craning on her elegant long neck. The doe flicked her ears toward different directions before deciding it was safe to step out. Carefully, alertly, and cautiously, she walked out into a clearing in the woods to get a better whiff of the air. It was beginning to get a little chiller in the mornings, and Dahlia could smell the crisp autumn with winter just around the corner. She began grazing rapidly, trying to fill her stomach as fast as she could so she could have fat reserves for the winter.

Aster had been awake for a while now. The young and inexperienced doe was beginning to get thin. It had been two days since the doe she was traveling with left her for another group. Aster couldn't stand the solitude. Her legs and body constantly trembled as she walked quickly, desperately trying to find the scent of other does she could travel with. Unlike the wise and experienced Dahlia, eating and fattening herself up was on the bottom of Aster's list of priorities. Desperately she continued her search for a friend, checking her surroundings constantly, exhausting herself in her nervous frenzy.
