She howled a rescue howl,lifting her head above the water as best she could.

(Okayokayokay. Hold on. I read a few of the Kite posts a few pages back and she's on a hill, not in the water at all. She called for help in case the water reached her. And Alexis and Tasche are swimming beside her...?)

Right now Alexis and Tasche are searching for survivors and Kite is on the hill with er pups..I think)

Kite howled for help once more, atop the dry(ish?) hilltop, underneath a pine tree. Her pups whined again, Arritasha letting out another "Aioooo!" A tear fell from Kite's eye, still grief-stricken with Flame's decision, and that Arritasha would remind him of her... forever. Kite rose her head again and felt another call of mourning and help be ushered out of her jaws and flow like water into the air.

She heard Kite and swam after the howl. When she saw her on a small,drowning hill she swam faster. "Hey!" she barked walking up onto the land,"Follow me." she said with a small smile.

Lily heard commotion and flipped her head toward the noise, spotting a few wolves through the rain. She let out a bark and paddled to land, running and then walking up to them. She was panting hard, and dripping wet. "Oh, pups..." She murmured, spotting Kite's pups. She gazed at their mom, then the other fae. "W-what are we gonna do?" She asked, unconsiciously inching closer to the pups to give them what warmpth she had left.

Kite took an instinctively protective step in front of her pups, shielding them from Lily, a wolf she had never seen before. If Kite hasn't met you, chances are you won't be trusted too soon. She looked up at Alexis, blinking away another tear. "The hill's going to flood soon," she said softly, her voice wavering slightly. "I don't know if there's any other land anywhere else." She looked down at her three pups, who were whining and squirming. This time she couldn't help a few tears falling from her eyes. "They can't die," she said, her voice with much more of a tremor now.

"This hill's not safe, it'll probably be underwater in a few minutes." she said standing. "I know a high hill that will keep us ALL safe. Follow me." she barked nudging them. "I'll help you swim,grab my tail and follow me." she said wadding into the waters.
