Maya walked over to Darko. "When are we hunting?" she asked with a inpatient look on her face. She flicked her tale to some flys around her.

Darko nodded, "Yes I am the alpha, meaning the leader of this pride." He said looking down at the cub. "Glad you are staying." He smiled after, hesring the cub was staying. It was a cub, its not like it could just walk up and leve even if it wanted to by now. He then flicked his tail, opening his mouth to take in the scent and make sure there was no new scents. He then turned an looked down at Maya, "That is up to you, you are the lead hunter." He said as males had nothing to do with hunting.

"Fine, but I should wait for the other hunters to come" she flicked her tale impatiently as she waited for the other hunters to come. 'What takes them so long?' she thought in her head. She saw the little cub, "Who is this?" she asked.

Bane flicked his eyes up, the golden blaze landing on the second brute... flirting with Luna. "Stay away from her.", he managed to get out around the lump of fur and skin in his mouth as he got closer and closer to the jugular, knowing it had to be hard for the male to breath at this point. He looked back at Luna with near hope in his eyes that the fae would much rather have him, and not these to strong willed brutes.

Maya walked towards the Tan's camp and saw Bane fighting. Her eyes cringed with sadness as she fought the tears away. "What is going on over there?" she yelled.

Taran - Loner Cub

Taran grinned at Darko, awe in his eyes. He couldn't believe that such a great lion as this was letting him follow him around, much less protecting him. When the lioness came over, he shrunk back a few steps, a little scared by her annoyed expression and words. Would she hurt him?

"Oh, and a little male. This your mate?" Hodari inquired, growling.
"Well, isn't that sweet!" He snarled, stiffening his tail, ready to fight.
He had brawled with lions before, including pride members, and was always able to walk away
without suffering major injuries. He's had to rest and stay low a lot of the time, but he had
always been able to send his opponent away with something to remember him from.

Darko flicked his tail turning to see the cub moving back. "Don't worry that is just our lead hunter." He said watching as she left. He smiled and flicked his tail around the cub, his motuh still open before a scent came to him. He growled slihtly and looked around, smelling a lioness he thought he would never see or scent again after she was kicked out of the pride.

Luna growled and looked over seeing that one of the other lions from the other pride had come and was watched. She snrled and looked at the lioness, telling her to back off. This was getting out of hand and fast, Bane needed to get rid of the male soon before the two took over. She then snarled and tunred back to ht emale not fighting yet, "Back off!"

Maya raced over to where the fight was going on, she couldn't care less if she was breaking her pack laws. "What on earth are you doing" she yelled with annoyance. When she heard Luna she slowly backed away, but still kept the fight in sight.
