Ribbon sighed and glanced at Xaiver. Maybe they should leave now so Deuxrye could talk to the loner. She flicked her tail and padded away.

Xaiver:
[Xaiver glanced between Deuxyre and Battlecry as they reasoned, trotting behind Ribbon; his ears flickered while his head was somewhat lowered towards the ground.] "Are we going back to hunting? We've still got the two of us."

"I don't see why not," Ribbon said softly. She still wanted to catch some elk and bring it back to camp. She stretched quickly then went trotting into the forest. Her nose twitched as she began to hunt for the scent of an elk herd.

[Xaiver trailed behind, peering over the grass and bushes to notice two herds gathered at the meadow grazing. One was a herd of white-tailed deer, the other was a small herd of elk. His stomach grumbled, making him not as patient as he was earlier.]
