Shay let out a sigh as she flopped down next to Cristo, "Maybe you can help me with that" she huffed, "I found Roman..." she started, rolling on her back and looking up at the leaves of the tree.

Roman sighed. Then he started back. When he saw Shay he ran to her. "Shay i love you." The husky blunted out and put his head down. Letting his ears got back and tail tuck in. "I'm sorry." Whimpered Roman. "Please don't hate me." He looked up at her.

[mindless.]

Cristo opened his mouth to say something but Roman interrupted. He stood and backed up a few steps. The male watched this all unfold. His ears weredown and tail made no move.

Alayna flinched as a cat darted past her feet. After the cats was a group of males. Strays, she guessed. Large dogs. There were three of them. She had little knowledge of how dogs worked in the city but knew how in the woods. She had also known of the intinctual ways they would live by. Pick out any females in heat. Take out any dogs in their ways. Claim a large territory. Make a powerful pack. Alayna tensed as they neared, never worrying about heat and not knowing when she was in season. She hoped not. Maybe they were on their land. She cast a quick glance at Marvel with concern.

Shays eyes widened, slowly rolling on her stomach, carefully standing up, taking in what Roman had said, "You love me?" she repeated, looking to Cristo then Roman.

Cristo kept his mouth shut tightly. His eyes went from the groind to the horizon and back to the two. He listened although he felt bad for standing right here.

Roman nodded. "Since i first laid eyes on you." He sighed. The husky walked towards her. "You probably hate me though." Then he sighed and looked away.

Cristo turned, preparing to wander elsewhere. He knew where this was going. He looked back at them a moment.

Shay looked at Roman, keeping her eyes on him as she called, "Cristo, please stay" she stated softly, her eyes back at the ground, "I don't hate you Roman..." she said softly.

Marvel let out a deep snarl as he spotted the brutes, his fur bristleing making the massive brute look even bigger. The apparent lead stray took a step towards them with a wicked grin on his face, quite obviously wanting the fae, being as it was getting close to time for the faes to be in heat, and he hadn't had much luck with finding one. "Hey there pretty girl, what are you doing with him." He asked alayne, pressing his nose against hers, Marvel instantly snapping his jaws onto the brutes muzzle, his brown eyes lit in pure irritation and fury that the brute would do that. Next thing you know, the other two brutes were on him, one clamped onto his shoulder, the other his throat.
