Akira finally decided she could go any farther. In bloody and painful paws, she crawled to her pups. She whined loudly with each step, the pain almost unbearable. She lay down, careful not to touch the pups with the sand or blood as she nudged them to nurse.

He was walking on the beach with the lord,
While scenes from his life flashed across the sky,
He noticed two sets of footprints --
One belonging to him, the other to the Lord.ღ

Ty pricked his ears at the sound of the bark, he tilted his head to the side, looking over his shoulder seeing Sky, a slight wag to his tail came into place.
