Aurora hoisted her large frame to her feet and stretched. With a grunt she began moving towards the deer carcass that she though was for everyone. She tore off a large chunk of meat and took it away from the others to eat it in peace. aurora was very possessive over her food, mainly due to the lack of food she had gotten when she was with the humans. She laid down and began to naw on the meat and the bone that was pulled off with it. She warily watched the others as they past lowly growling, warning them to keep there distance. She snorted softly and returned to her eating in silence.

Shay sighed, sitting down near a tree, enjoying the comfort of the shade, the fae rolled on her back, her paws in the air playfully as she tried to see what the clouds were forming today, "That one is a cross" she said softly to herself, and gently smile on her face.

He turned his head around at a few low growls. They came from a female. How odd, where he lived the females were timid and weak. Slowly he wandered over to this female, his head high and his long tail low. He sniffed at her from a distance before getting close enough to smell the fleas on her.{If they have them. Which they all really should...} He laid down, his head about two feet from her food and three feet from her. His tail swished along the grass behind him as he looked at her, eye to eye.

Ash sat on a pile of moss, yawning from her lack of sleep. Everyone seemed to me doing something but her. The scent of fresh meat made her mouth water. The carcass was nearby, and soon she had found it and tore off a remaining strip of meat. Silence filled the forest, except for the occasional bird call.

Aurora looked towards the brute that had laid down in front of her, eyeing him warily. She snorted and contiued to pull pieces of meat from her breakfast, letting growls escape here and there. When it seemed like he didn't get the picture, she stopped and spoke "if you want something to eat. There is plenty over there." she said bluntly, returning to chew on the bone, getting the good marrow out of the middle. Bone marrow was a good source of calcium and other nutrients. She knew that from the fighting rings. Thy gave her a large chunk of meat with a bone, when they felt the need, which wasn't very often. She was one of the newest ones here in the pack, but she wasn't the weakest. She snorted softly, continuing to watch him, but said nothing else.

He looked at her and almost let out a smile. "I'm not hungry." He said bluntly, finally getting to his paws. Honestly he was confused as to why she growling at him, so he asked, "Why are you growling at me?" He said almost with a light laugh. The ring he was at he had never heard a female growl. Honestly the female he ever fought was in the ring. That was a fight he had lost.{It should be he and her met up once in their past and fought. Good idea?}

Aurora looked up "Because. I'm not used to all these dogs around. Where i'm from. I was locked up in a kennel all the time. No interaction. Nothing." she said, thinking he had no earthly idea what she had been through "Even when i was paid attetion to, was either to be fed, what little i got, or to be bred or fought." she said, bluntly. "And beings i'm new here, most of the others dogs try to steal my food. but no. It's not gonna happen." she said, sitting up and licking her chops. You could see that a few of her teeth had been broken off due to fighting, but a few had been fixed with some sort of metal, but not all of them had been fixed, before she escaped. Which was no big deal. She blinked ,and laid back down, refusing to make any more eye contact with the brute. The pain of her fighting days came flooding back, and it was just too much at one time, though he did seem somewhat firmiliar, but she couldn't figure out how.

He listened to her. The pain she suffered was worse than his. He felt like he had it good, like he was really pampered where he was at compared to her. The pain surged through him like a wave. He felt a bit bad making her remember it all. "If it makes you feel better, I lost to a female." He said looking at the ground. The day he fought that female was one of the shortest fights he had ever been in. Respect was something he knew well, and he knew not attack any female dog. He knew they carried pups and shouldn't be fought or treated cruely. That day he lost on purpose. He couldn't bite her, he couldn't touch her. He just let her attack him, bite him and tackle him.
