Jess padded around. This was a new place for her. All new. The scents, sounds, even the look of the place was different. Jess loved traveling. It brought out the adventure in the world. She sniffed the air. It carried the scent of other dogs. Jess didn't mind other dogs, unless they didn't get along in any way. She climbed a steep boulder. Jess could feel the the wind gently tugging on her soft, white fur. She gazed across the rough terrain with bright, exited, blue eyes.

Giving a smile to the female shiba inu as she finally spoke of something she would like to do, Lincoln had no problem at all with her choice. With a nod, he removed his paws from the fountain rim and looked to Layla before opening his maw to speak. "Alright that's just fine with me. You lead the way to where you'd prefer to rest."

The sights, sounds and smells of the surrounding area were all new to the australian shepherd and a little bit tension building. He hadn't been here that long compared to most dogs as he was more of the escapee. When his family moved away, they had left him here on the streets to fend for himself. It wasn't something he thought would happen to him but now that it had become a reality, there was no other way to keep himself satisfied with human company.
Duke padded down the street and kept his nose to the ground as he went to track down his lunch for the day. The one good benefit of being a stray in this place was that food was easier to get. His ears perked up at the sight of another dog approaching him at a quick pace and he backed up slightly before giving a wag of his short stubby tail. The fae seemed quite friendly and with this knowledge he considered her to be no threat. "Um, hi. My name's Duke. It's nice to meet you."

Layla found a nice shady tree and began walking there.

Luke & Dylan laid down at their "camp", an abandoned building in the city. They exchanged words about the appearances of their future mates, as if, and complained about being hungry. About a half-hour earlier, their sister, Eleanor, had gone to get food from the restaurant down a couple streets. Momentarily, she returned with a garbage bag, which she emptied, revealing unfinished spaghettis, pastas, and pizza remains. The three quickly gobbled it down.

Lincoln followed Layla towards the shade of the tree before laying down.

Layla layed down next to Lincoln. She rested her head on her paws and smiled. Beside all the pain she was in,Lincoln surely made her day.
