Keya sits in the entrance of her den, an expressionless look on her face. She was staring into the sky, thinking, not paying attention to anything else. She was in danger of being de-ranked if she didn't find a mate soon, but right now she was to worried about her pack. There has been more humans around then normal, and the chances of getting caught while out of camp where high. Keya was trying to think of ways to make the forest safer. She knew things would get better the farther into winter they got. The humans would leave until spring, and that meant more deer and Elk to hunt, without the humans hunting and scaring them off, and the wolves wouldn't have to worry about getting shot or caught in traps when hunting or taking a walk in the forest.
Deratin yawns and stretchs blinking open his eyes, only to find the darkness continues. "Another day in the dark." He mumbles to himself as he walks out of his den. Deratin sniffs around, making his way over to where they kept there prey and he nosed around only to find it was empty. "What a surprise." He says saracasticly. "Where is everyone?" Deratin asks out loud, as he sits down, the wind ruffling his fur.
