The ebony stallion grazed quietly on an especially green patch of grass, flicking his long tail lazily. He hadn't seen any mares for quite a while, and he was growing bored of just standing around all day.
But this patch of land was nice and sizeable; a great place to start a herd.
Cirque raised his head at a noise, turning his ears forward and placing a few delicate steps on the ground before him, his hooves making a soft noise on the grass.
He whinnied quietly, letting any passing horse know that this was his territory. At least until someone else showed up and tried to challenge him for it.
Lowering his head again, he cropped at the green grass below him, ears forward.


C h a i
The slender female took a few cautious steps towards a sound, flicking her tail to ward off any flies that buzzed around her hind legs annoyingly. She turned her ears forward, hearing the clear sound of water.
She was thirsty, so heading towards the source of the sound would probably be a good idea.
Chai trotted forward, her steps light and quick, covering the ground easily.
When she reached a pond, she quickly took a few steps back, noticing another horse there. Her ears were turned forward, the whites of her eyes showing in fear.

Lillian snorted boredly, standing atop a small hill.
She hadn't been in to trouble recently, and she was plain bored. She needed a new stallion to play with. Or anyone, really.
The white female whinnied loudly, hoping to gain attention.
