"So you're a loner, then?" Tantric said, getting more curious. "Well, that's interesting. I haven't seen any loner lions around here in a long time--though come to think of it I haven't seen any prides, either. The only cat I've seen other than you was a cub off playing somewhere. Didn't see him mother though." Tantric, feeling pretty comfortable and confident that Hunter was not a threat, sat down and looked at her acquaintance curiously. "So tell me, Hunter. How did you end up in this place all alone?"

He shrugged. "I ran away from abuse."

"I'd love some, Dawn. Thank you very much." He said with a nod. The hulking lion reached down and took a bite of the tender baby giraffe meat, savoring its flavor as he chewed and swallowed the nourishing food. He noticed the white lioness Alaska sitting off to the side, looking at him and his lioness. "I do believe we have a visitor." He said, gesturing towards her. "I wonder if she would like to join us.

Tantric

"Abuse, eh?" Tantric said, nodding sympathetically. "That sounds pretty horrible. I just left my pride a few months ago. A human city was built on top of a place where we used to hunt and there wasn't enough food for everyone. I was big enough to hunt on my own, so I was given the boot. It took me a while to get here, but I've been doing well enough on my own so far."

Dawn

Dawn nodded, glad he enjoyed the kill. She padded over curiously sat down in front of Alaska, who was watching them. "I belive you're a loner?" she said,then smiled. "Would you like to join our pride?" she asked politely, nodding at Roman. She waited patiently, ever so slighty shifting her paws for an answer. Maybe, hopefully yes as one lioness wouldn't be enough to hunt ALL the time.

"I'd love some, Dawn. Thank you very much." He said with a nod. The pride king nodded when Dawn asked the new lioness to join them. "If you do decide to join, I promise you will be well taken care of. The pride is very small so far, but it won't stay that way for long. We've already got a territory and a base--more than any other lions around here. We would really appreciate having you with us."

Tantric

"To be honest, I don't really mind that I got kicked out." She admitted. "I was feeling a bit stifled back there. I wanted to see the world and I wasn't allowed to do it. Now I'm living on my own in a new place, calling my own shots. No one can tell me what to do and I love it. Sure, it's a bit dangerous sometimes and there's been a few close calls, but I can handle it most of the time."

[Massie Block.]

Alaska Roars And pads along the territory and sits on a rock. and yawns and looks around "wow i got a big territory"
She smiles. and rolls around in the grass Purring and leaps at a Bird and eats it.
