Pie was not a good lie reader but she really enjoyed detailed story's "May i know the details?" She smiled giving him a light nudge in the nose then she placed her head down and drank as she stood in the water it was a little higher than it was on Faraway cause he was taller than her but she did not care it was a good feeling.

Burns smiled and watched her sleep, hearing the russling in the woods surrounding them. He gave a small snort and lifted his head.

Faraway grinned, "Maybe another time." He looked across the lake and could see a horse on the hill watching, by the color of the coat, he could tell it was Deliax. He smiled and nudged Pie. Walking out of the water, he headed back towards the cave.

Pie smiled but stayed put, "What's Deliax doing here?" She asked now beginning to respond to Faraway's nudge.

Faraway smiled, "I am guessing her is looking for lone mares." He could see the outline of Ginger and her foal from where he stood, he walked back towards Pie and nudged her, "Let's head back now."

Fallen slept, she heard a rustle in the woods, she picked her head up and looked at around "what was that?" she asked burns.

Ginger nuzzled her filly and flicked her tail "You okay Phoenix?" She smiled and looked up seeing Pie and Faraway bit ignored them and payed attention to the smell of a stallion in the air. She flicked her tail nuzzling her filly again.

Pie shook her mane as she looked to the filly and Ginger, but walked beside Faraway. Thinking again. 'Sure their best friends? but wouldn't Faraway rather look after his own herd... I mean, I'm sure there's plenty of mares for Faraway to find out there....' She thought in her head and nuzzled Faraway gently. and looked to the herd with a sigh.

Illegal snorted and walked around softly with a whicker he smelt his father (Bersties) Again. He had nothing to do. He wondered back into the direction of his herd and just into his terriotroy he smelt somthing. was it smoke? He flicked his tail and snorted he lifted his head and watched a few little animals from the forrest apear near Besrties herd. He had to warn them. He picked up a heavy fast gallop hearing the crackles of fire but stopped as he saw a nare (Pie), it looked like she could smell it too.

Rodeo could smell fire but he knew it was headed in the opposite direction. He flicked his tail slightly.

RiverBed left the river and into the forrest. She reared up seeing the blaze and galloped away it followed, Little did she know, she was headed right into her father's (Bersties) herd.

Pie smelt the air and stopped. "Faraway, we need to warn Bersties... Smoke, can you smell it?"

Orchid snorted softly. She raised her head and pressed closer Rodeo. Her ears perked towards the direction of the fire and she kept her attention on it, quietly snorting.]

Phoenix was growing very fast. She was almost as tall as her Mother. She snorted softly. "Yes Mother. I'm fine."

I fought the creatures, knowing we could and would beat them. I rear at one of them, stomping the ground. but it doesn't back down. it comes closer, then it leaps into the air, grabbing hold of my neck. I neigh, and rear, and buck, but it was holding on tight, clenching it's teeth. while it was holding on to my neck, it was clawing the side of my chest, trying to get a better grip. Suddenly, i started to get dizzy, and my head spun. then all I remember was me falling, and hearing a whimper as the creature was slammed against the ground.

The creature in front of Argene lurched forward and snarled as it came towards her, but Argene reared and smacked a hoof into the side of its head, sending it to the ground with a groan. It didn't look like it was getting up, and she snorted loudly. Just as she was turning to attack another beast, she heard a thump and spun around to see Echo hitting the ground, trapping a beast underneath him. Her heart leaped as she realised he was bleeding a lot from his neck and chest, and she let out a shrill neigh that grabbed the attention of the rest of the creatures that Echo hadn't gotten to. She raced over to Echo, ignoring the moaning creature under him, and cried out. "Echo! Echo, wake up! Echo, are you all right?!" She skittered around him, then spun as a creature attacked her, lashing out and hitting it square in the chest and head as it jumped. She felt a pang of heat and anger swell inside her as she lashed out at another beast, protecting Echo's limp body.

I could hear something. Someone. Growling. Whinnying. I opened my eyes. It was the sight someone hopes will never come. The sight of Death, the sight of Pain.

I suddenly get up, and start rearing and snorting, trying to warn Argene. I feared she would get hurt. [/quote]

Burns could hear the fleeing of the wolves and got up, he looked down at her, "Get up, there is a fire heading this way." He said, this was the second fire in the month. He snorted and looked around, standing by her, waiting until she gets up.

Faraway frowned, "Yes." He nudged her to get her to gallop and he started to canter, but slow, so she would come also.

Bersties saw RiverBed and then saw the flames, he gave a roar of a whinnie and pushed all the others fast and then ran to push RiverBed faster, then galloped quickly towards the others, pushing Sky and CreekSide.

Sky snorted at Bersties and ran beside CreekSide. She looked backhand frowned, seeing the flames catching up. She pushed herself up to the front and ran and made her strides longer.

Deliax saw the flames on the other side of the lake, he knew his mother and his old herd was there, so was Gingers'. He frowned and looked at the foal and walked towards them, "You need to move, the flames are starting back up."

Katama heard the flames and took off after the scent of Oblivion, she made her strides long and gained ground.
