Vex sniffed as she padded onto the pack's land as she hunted for food. She didn't care about the pack as she looked for some small game she could take down.

"Oh." Ballad said as he looked at her, he cleaned her gently, "Where did your mom go?"

"Were you the one that left me that hare?" Scar asked. He tilted his head.

"Namine. That isn't true." Silverrain barked sweetly.

"I dunno." Feather squeaked, with a yawn. She laid down. She rolled on her back and smiled up at Ballad. "Are you gonna be my daddy?" She asked.

Namine looked to Scar. "Y... yes." She said lowering her head. He was in love with Lia. "I don't know Silverrain, but Feather should be getting something, he saved my life." She said, dipping her head at the pup.

"Fallen? Okay." Silverrain barked. She padded back to the healer den and laid by Ballad and Feather. "Seems she likes you." Silverrain barked, looking at Ballad.

Ballad licked her tummy gently, "No, your mommy don't like me like that." He looked at Silver, "I try, you have raised her amazingly." he said softly.

Vex ran after a rabbit when it burst out, she ran farther into their territory as she tried to catch it.

Feather squealed and jumped on Ballads back. She looked at Silver and mouthed, 'can he be my daddy?'

Silverrain smiled. "I do think she likes you. She wants you to be her dad." She barked, smiling.

Ballad growled at her play fully and shook a little she she would fall off. He pinned her under his good paw and licked her soft tummy. "She is just a pup, she doesn't know what she is talking about, she is crazy."

"I not cwazy!" Feather squeaked indignantly. "Woo want it to happen!" She squealed, squirming away and batting his good paw.

Silverrain looked from Feather to Ballad. 'You do?" She asked.

Ballad's ears went back, he was silent, he let Feather go so she could go back to her mother. He knew she didn't like him, he was just a hunter, and not a very good one. He was a happy go lucky puppy like wolf, who hated hurting others, not an alpha.
