Feather yawned. " Trip, where can i sleep " she asked Trip tiredly

Tyler looked at trip for a answer

Trip flicked his tail towards the den the warriors used. "There for now." He said.
"I must be going. I have a young patient whom I must check on." Juliet turned and trotted away, pausing by the freshkill pile to select a small rabbit before heading to the shadowy alcove where she worked as a Healer's apprentice.

Feather and Tyler walked to the den and lay down inside. Feather closed her eyes and instanley went to sleep, but Tyler stayed awake. He sat there for a moment and then got up, wanting to explore a bit. He walked towards the place that Juliet had entered and crounched behind a bush outside of it and watched Juliet work.

The little scrap of fur that Juliet had decided to name Reid looked up at her with wide eyes. He was a young pup, only a few months old, and was a very handsome pup. Howeer, most saw his biggest flaw rather than his overall heal. Reid was a mute. So young, unable to express his feelings, hopes, freams, fears. Still, Juliet loved him as if he were her own and he adored her. "How are you today, Reid?" She asked, glancing at him. Reid of course couldn't talk, but he scraped his claws twice against the ground and she smiled. "Well I'm glad your feeling better. That was one heck of a fever you had." She chuckled, nuzzling him. The pup looked up suddenly and bared his teeth at the spot Tyler crouched, eyes narrowing. Juliet turned, then smiled. "Hello." She nodded for Tyler to come in.

Tyler, embarresed that a small pup had found him, walked inside slowly.

"Reid, this is Tyler. Tyler, meet Reid." Juliet said. Reid smiled at him silently.

Tyler couldent help but smile at the small pup. " He... Is he mute? " he said to Juliet.

[Snow Eevee]

"Yes, he is." Juliet said softly, then smiled faintly. "But he's smart and he never lets his disability get the better of him."
