Morning Rain zoned out, her eyes on her prey. Staring at the food made her hungry and made her energy turn to its highest point. Her head pounded loudly between her visible ribs. She waited for the signal and then burst from her hidden spot. She quickly grabbed enough food for both her and Alec, knowing he wouldn't get as much as she would. Her slim legs pumped up and down as she ran off into a few alleys making sure they wouldn't follow her. She let out a happy quiet bark, as she trotted back to their meeting spot. Morning Rain laid down, not wanting to eat until he came back. She wouldn't ever take off after what he did for her.

Hearing the sound of Morning's bark, Alec raised his head. The vender reached down, attempting to grasp what appeared to be Alec's injured leg. The German Shepherd mix of some sort twisted in his grasp, spontaneously better, and leaped to his feet. The woman though, not fooled by the ploy, was already calling after Morning's retreated frame. Alex squirmed from the man's grasp, attempting to free himself, but the man clamped down, pushing him back against the pavement, 'Stupid mutt.'

She turns to the third and final dog,"And you,would you be interested in joining the new pack?It would offer great protection and a higher food income"she said,clenching her eyes shut and silencing her need to run and bite.Her black tail twitched a bit on the end and her pants became more frequent.

she hastily stepped back a little, being quite shy unlike her siblings. "umm, i guess." she smiled a little, picking up the leftover meat she found from the waste basket.

Morning Rain looked out of the alley to see a trapped Alec. She padded out, shaking her soft looking pelt. Trotting over toward them, she let out a playful bark, trying to get their attention. She wagged her tail, prancing around the sidewalk. "Look at me, I stole the hot dogs and you should chase me for it." she said out loud, though they wouldn't be able to understand. The small female got up on her hind legs mockingly and got back down getting ready to speed off.

She nodded and said,"What rank would you like to be?Beta and Alpha are already chosen,but you can have any other than that"she stood up and began to shift side to side,shaking her head once uncontrollably as she looked at the fae,an almost wild look gleaming in her eyes

Alec
'What are you doing?' he asked, through labored breathing. But the vender had already caught sight of the thin little female. 'There, it's that one! She's got it,' the man growled, pointing a chubby finger at Morning, 'Grab her.' The woman shot him a confused look, her brown furrowing.
'Are you crazy? It's not like you can use the hot dogs, they have slobber all over them and everything. The health code will be all over you.'
Still, Alec felt the pressure on his throat lighten lighten. He staggered away, pulling back while the man's attention was diverted. 'Go now,' he growled, grabbing the other end of Morning's link of hot dogs, 'This way. We'll lead them back towards Kai. She'll know what to do.'

Morning Rain smiled as they pointed and barked at each other. She quickly followed Alec once he was free, hearing him follow them behind loudly. "Oh wonderful." she said, as she picked up the pace. Every turn Alec made she made, toward their partner Kai.
