Marvel looked back at her, relucatantly coming to a halt. Deciding not to make such a big deal over it he cooeld himself off. "Mh, I was going to go look for a trail I found earlier." He murmered in a quick lie. His eyes flashing for a second.

Mackenzie had caught up to him by the time he'd started to talk and looked at him as he spoke. She sighed and shook her head. "What were you really up to?" She asked, her eyes locking with his. She stepped a little closer, her nose less than an inch away from his.

"Nothing, really Kenz. Its all good." Marvel reassured her, not even flinching as she got closer. He sighed, really just a bit bored and slightly tired. "Mh, you alright?" He decided to ask her even though it was a crappy question for the time being.

Mackenzie narrowed her eyes a bit. "Hm, alright..." She said then gave him a lick on the side of his muzzle. "I feel lot better. How about you?" She asked, brushing up against him.

"Better" Marvel told her with a happy smile as she rubbed against his side, rubbing his head against her flank. "What do you want to do?" he asked, flicking his eyes back to her.

Mackenzie smirked a bit. "Show me this trail you were so eager to travel on." She said, her tail swaying slowly in the air.

Marvel tensed up a bit, looking past her and squinting his eyes. "If we find it, then sure. I will take you on a little trek down it, but I just dont have the greatest memory." he added with a half smile, stepping away from her and trotting down a tree line.

Mackenzie giggled and pranced after him. A smile was plastered on her face and she flicked her tail a few times, brushing it against his side. "So, Marvel, how do you feel about me?" She asked, her eyes on him. It was a bold move, but she figured it'd be worth it.

Marvel wrinkled his nose as he heard her question, giving her a grin to show he was just screwing around with her. "Mh, lil' Kenz." He murmered as he thought over how he planned on answering the sudden question. "I like getting to be around you, and it really has been a nice day getting to spend it with you." He added, not sure if he wanted to come out with just a flat out I like you. He wasn't too great at that. "And, you are such a gorgeous fae." Marvel added with a sweet smile, licking her muzzle.

Mackenzie kept the smile on, listening to him. "Glad to hear it." She said, her eyes shifting to the stretch of land ahead of them. She giggled at his last comment returned his lick with a nuzzle. "Tell me something I don't know. I do believe you've mentioned that before." She said with a teasing smile.
