I smile softly at Sheera, " Thank you, Sheera. I'm very grateful. " I say as I dip my head slightly. I smile up at her, She reminds me of mom. I think as I remember my mother. I wonder how she was doing, or if she even knows I'm gone. I didn't tell anyone. Jakura must have picked up my scent.

I pad back into camp after catching only a small gazelle fawn. I place it in the kill pile and begin to look for Eve. I needed to discuss somethings with her. I pick up her faint scent, but what troubles me is that it leaves camp...

I plop down on my back at the opening of Jakura's den. He seems to like me, which I'm happy about. I sigh softly as I look towards the upside-down entrance, hoping he would return soon.

Sheera smiled '' your very welcome dear '' she said softly as she moved to the opposite side of the den where a flat rock sat '' you can have the softer bed '' she added before looking towards the exit as a young male walked up to the den entrance, dropping a freshly caught wilderbeast fawn '' your meal you asked for sheera '' he said before turning to walk away. Sheera padded forward as the male spoke '' thank you love, i owe you a kill '' she called after the brute began walking away. Sheera dipped her head to grab the fawn and carried it over to Eve, dropping it at her paws '' here eat this, and i'll get to fixing you up a shake to try help you gain weight '' she said with a smile before walking over to her workbench.

Jakura made his way back into the camp, his teeth sticking out from under his shaded lips. He padded over to the kill pile but snarled at the scent of the rotten meat '' Gah, this is terrible '' he growled lowly before roaring for a few lions to clear it away and get fresh meats.

I smile and nod to Sheera, " Thank you, Sheera. For all your help. " I say with a smile. I drag the fawn over to the little, soft bed and begin to eat. I watch Sheera work, it fascinated me. In the Shadow pride, I was a warrior, but never felt like I belonged there. I didn't fight much, and I never talk to them either.
