Luna and Ace.
Luna runs toward the camps entrance as the smell of blood caught her attention. Ace was panting as he hurried into camp, Savannah on his back. Luna gasps slightly as I pad along side them. Ace walk towards Sheera's den, and before he could call out to her, Luna had beaten him to it, " Sheera! Savannah and Ace have returned, but Savannah is in critical condition! " she cries out frantically. This was the first time she had been in a crisis without. Jester. Ace pads into Sheera's den and lays her on the ground gently. Luna sits outside the den, staring in worriedly.

Kara.
I hear my mother's voice as she cries out for Sheera. Before I could exit the den, Ace had already entered with Savannah. I stare in horror at Savannah's badly wounded body and couldn't take it. I run out of the den and back towards the tree where Quake was. My legs were shaking and my breathing my unstable. I collapse a few feet away from Quake, but don't speak. I just shake slightly as I cry.

Sheera looked up as Kara entered her den followed shortly after by Luna calling, giving her warning of the situation ahead. The healer looked around her den for supplies to tend to the wounds as quickly as she can. As Ace padded in with Savanna, Sheera's face dropped, she hadnt seen a lion in this condition as her time as a healer and didnt quite know what she was going to do. She ran over to the lioness and looked at her wounds and checked for signs that she'd survive. The floor of Sheera's den began to become a poll of blood '' Everyone out NOW! '' she roared in a panic, it wasnt a sight she wanted to witness never mind anyone else being there to see it. Sheera worked away at trying to heal the wounded lion, padding up the gashes and praying that her medical knowledge was enough.

Chase stopped as they were met by Luna, and not wanting to intrude he followed them from a distance. -WB lol

Quake looked at Kara as she arrived back to him, finishing off his mouthful he padded the few feet towards her '' Kara? '' he said as he sat beside her '' whats wrong '' he asked seeing that she was clearly in distress. He wasnt sure of the manner to act.

I pad out of the den with a shaken up feeling inside. I glance over to Kara, who was on the ground, and Quake, who was standing over her with a worried look. I felt this gut-wrenching pain in my stomach as I watch my daughter. Savannah was probably her only friend, even though they hadn't talked much lately. I sigh and look towards the entrance of the camp and notice another lion, male, and walk towards him. He had Jester's and Ace's scent, so I didn't get aggressive. " Are you okay enough to wait for a while, Savannah's pretty banged up. " I ask, watching for any sign of aggression.

I nod quickly as I pad out of the den. I sigh softly and shake out my coat. I glance around camp to see if anyone else was missing. Everyone except for Jester was in the camp. I felt the urge to run back to where I saw Jester last, but I felt that I should stay here, just in case.

K a r a .
I sniff softly as I look up at Quake, the fur around my eyes moist with tears. I give a small, fake smile, " Yeah, I'm fine. " I say using my paw to wipe my face. I stand and re-adjust my stance, sitting now. I look at at Quake and smile, " You shouldn't move too much. Go lay back down and eat. " I say softly.

Chase looked at the lioness as she approached him but didnt feel threatened by her, his ears twitched as he heard the young lion's name and nodded '' one or two wounds, i can live '' he said noticing she wasnt aggressive towards him '' how is she? '' he asked.

Quake looked at Kara noticing her fake smile and frowned a little before taking a few paces back as she began to get up, he looks at the female as she speaks. Quake shakes his head refusing to lay down '' it seems your the one that needs a little rest... I take it you where relatively close to the injured? '' he asked quietly.

Jester awoke back at the hunters camp, raising his head to look at his surroundings his eyesight still hazed from the tranquilizer. He forced his front half up to get a better view but only to see the humans loading wilderbeast and other big cats into their child trailer. The alpha gulped hard as he turned his head to look back at the savannah and tried to stand, his leg wound was bandaged up and it didnt really pain him. Jester tried to move unaware that he had thick heavy shackles on his hind legs, restricting his movement

I sigh softly as I shake my head, " Not to well. Her wounds seemed pretty severe. I have never Sheera so distressed. " I say, looking down and closing my eyes. I sigh once more and open my eyes, looking back up at the male, " She'w with Sheera and she one of the best healers I know. " I say with a reassuring smile.

K a r a .
My lip quivers slightly as I bit it , smiling, " Yeah, when I was young, my mother and I were on our own. We stumbled across this pride and Jester, my step-father, took us in. Savannah was the first and only friend I had ever had. We have kinda grown apart, but I still care for and admire her. " I say softly, my cheeks light red. That's when a real smile came to my face. I think back to my time with her, playing with her at the watering hole. I wrap my tail around myself as another tear rolls down my cheek.

Chase looked at Luna and lowered his head '' ow, well it does seem pretty reassuring that your healer is doing her best '' he said unsure of what to say in the matter, he hadnt really dealt with death and the upsets. Chase looked to the ground unsure of what to do or say to lighten the mood.

Quake lowered himself to the ground '' there isnt many friendships like that anymore '' he said quietly he looked towards the healers den before looking back at Kara, seeing her smiling it made him feel more at ease.

Sheera worked away at the body infront of her, patching Savanna up as much as possible. As she applied some herbs to a wound Savanna coughed, interrupting Sheera's work '' Savanna, are you alright love? '' asked the worried and panicked healer. Shorty after Sheera padded out from her den, her paws, chest and face was stained red with blood.

I was about to say something when I caught Sheera's scent. Panic rises in me as I turn around, staring back at Sheera. I stand up and jog towards her, " How's Savannah? " I ask eagerly, hoping that she would survive.

K a r a .
I look up at Quake once more as I try to think of something to say, but Sheera's scent catches my attention. I wipe around to see my mother talking with Sheera. thinking of Savannah, I jump up and bolt towards Sheera, " Savannah! How is she? " I ask frantically.

Sheera looked at mother and daughter as a tear drizzled down her cheek and Sheera lowered her head " her condition was criticle and no matter the skill she wouldn't have survived, I located three bullets, two flesh wounds but the third punctured a lung... " she replied as yet another tear drizzled down the healers face " there's nothing i could've done... And before she goes, she wants to see you, all of you " Sheera added before turning and walking back into her den

Both Chase and Quake lowere their heads at the news of Savanna, the two brutes padded over to their previous conversationalists. Chase looked at Luna and sighed " I'm sorry " he said lowly, Quake padded beside Kara his coldheartedness made it hard for him to feel what they where going through

I stare at her before my gaze drops down to the ground, my body tense. My claws dig into the ground, a growl emerges from my throat, " D*mn... " I mutter softly as my eyes open quickly. Kara... I think as my head slowly tips up, looking at my daughter. My eyes soften as I see her expression.

K a r a .
My eyes stare at Sheera, unable to comprehend what I heard, " What...? But... " I stumble slightly as I look at the ground. My body goes tense as I bolt away from the group and into Sheera's den, tears welling up in my eyes, " Savannah! " I say, my voice choke up. I collapse next to her as I sniff her, nudging her face, " No, you can't die. Please! " I say, begging, as I wait for her eyes to open.

Sitting off at a distance, I hear the news and my muscle tense. My eyes were wide as I stare towards the savannah. I tip my head down and my mane comes down with me, covering part of my eyes, " D*mn it! " I grunt as I swipe my paw onto the ground, leaving scratch marks from my claws.

"Kara!" Sheera called as she raced into the den, she brought her attention back to Luna " she hasn't got much time is say about ten minutes before she's gone, you might want to gather the pride " she said before disappearing inside.

Savanna lay partly conscious on Sheera's floor and at the scent if Kara her eyes fluttered open slowly
