Zara couldn't find the shadow pride healer, she called and called.

Jackie's pain was soon not so bad, but his wounds stung like a cobra bite.

Asha squeaked impatiently and padded cautiously up to Chase, inspecting him curiously, her creamy white pelt standing out a bit against the savanna grass, her sharp, brilliant blue eyes wide and innocent.

Asha padded closer to Chase, curious, but wary of him. She padded just a bit closer and sniffed one of his paws, her head outstretched and her nose an inch away from his paw, his fur tickling it. Her tail was curled between her legs. Her brother, Imamu, was not nearly as brave as his sister and stayed next to Jana.
