Flare let out a grunt and glanced awkwardly at her leader. Strong build. I sense arrogance but friendliness..What? Why am I analyzing him anyway? I can't be crushing on him..I..I..In too tough for that! Yet she still felt that nagging thought in her mind, and she felt herself grow hot from listening to her heart pump.

Jester dipped his head in return seeing the two cubs running down from the nursery

Savanna laughed as she picked up pace, the little lioness was a small rocket with fur

Sheera growled lowly as she sank onto her belly and crawled towards the herd

Lana sees the cubs and smiled

(Ok thanks! And recap...Sheera, Sage, Arad, Jester, Nix, and Flare fought the leader of the Shadow Pride. They all survived but Sheera was hurt pretty bad. They are going back to camp and Jester and Flare are discussing wether or not to attack the other Pride.)

Waiting for the hunting party to return with meat for the cubs, Jazzy spotted Ryder. The older male had always caught her attention, but today in the sunlight he simply made her heart race. Trying to seem pretty and casual, she strolled over to him.
"Hi Ryder," she said, having to look up to meet his eyes.

Kitana walked around bored catching a small antelope bringing it back for the pride and laying by a tree

"Hi Jazzy" Ryder smiled down at the female. Dipping his head to be at her level. "Hows your day so far?" he asked pleasently.

"Good," Jaz said. She glanced over at the tree Kit had dropped the antelope. "I should probably bring that over to the cubs," she said motioning with her head at the fresh kill. "Will you help me?" she asked sweetly.

Ry(Ryder) smiled and nodded "Of course" he said, started to pad heavily, his large paws thumping the ground. He quickly got to the antelope, and nodded to Kit. He quickly picked it up, and waited for Jaz before taking it to the cubs.

Resisting the urge to giggle and compliment the strength it must have taken him to drag an antelope that far like a lovestruck teenager, Jaz brushed her shoulder against Ry's as she followed him over to the cubs.
"Thanks, you're the best," she purred. "I'm just soo not strong."
