Sabora looked up when Cairo licked her forehead and gave him a nudge with her nose against his before looking away, a small smile and her eyes closed. "We should eat before the deer gets cold," She said softly.

Fang looked back to where he was walking with the other sabre. he dragged his feet and clawed at the ground as he walked back to camp. "This trail will lead us to here later." He continued to walk

Amira nodded, "Okay, fine!" She also dragged her claws into the dirt, leaving long scrapes in the dirt.

Cairo nodded, "Sure..." He whispered it gently and nudged the deer towards Sabora.

Sabora smiled as she took a small bite off of the deer, backing up to give him room and so she could chew.

Cairo walked round to the other side of the deer and started eating that side.

Sabora was silent as she ate, taking small bites of the deer. It was good. Being a young deer, the meat hadn't yet toughened up and it was sweet from the grasses and shoots that it ate.

They came back and Fang dragged the line to the kill pile. "food with water" he said smiling

Amira laughed, "So there is!" She sat unsure what to do.

Cairo ate silently, enjoying the meal, contemplating whether or not to ask Sabora to be his mate. He ate slowly, not hungry, anxious to ask.

Fang sat and looked to the side. He wondered what to do. He got up and walked to a tree. He climbed up and lay on a branch with his paws hanging off.

Amira looked after Fang and sighed, Why couldn't she be interesting? She growled quietly so no one could hear and padded to the rocks, she jumped on them easily and lay looking into the forest.
