Cadyn gave a rough sound of pain but tightened his jaws hearing an interesting popping noise as he jerked his head from side to side violently. He snarled as his leg gave out, obviously torn pretty bad but he balanced his weight between his other legs . He shredded through muscle and tasted something hot and wet and salty that sprayed across his muzzle. He was protecting his pack and hoped Ava would understand the necessity....this would be the third death he had caused in just as many days if the dog died from his crippling wound.

I lay trembling on the ground as I looked at Autumn, "I knew he would come, I knew it" my words were choked, and I barely got them out

My eyes widened as I fell, I had killed so many dogs, never knowing what it felt like to die, I knew in a way, that I deserved a much more grueling death, but the death I received was at least the one I wanted, death in a fight, but Silvereye still lived, if ghosts really were real, then rest assured, I'd be around every corner, "you can tell Silvereye, I'll be watching" I growled my last words, before closing my eyes, and falling into an endless sleep.

(I made him so peaceful, lol, I believe death to be painless, before you die there's pain, but when you do die, there's none, my belief anyway, I don't believe in ghosts either, so he won't be back to haunt)

Cadyn held on for several moments after the dog stopped moving then released the bite once he was sure the other dog was dead. He huffed out a breath and tried to walk away only to have the leg give out. He made an odd half snarl/half hiss as he stumbled his way towards the other females. "Silver? Silver!" The first time he called out it was all growl but he cleared his throat and called out again.

I squeezed my eyes shut when Cadyn called my name, "he sounds just like him" I whimpered, pulling into myself

He snarled getting irritated because he was hurt and had recently defended the female who was currently not respecting him enough even to come out and tell him who he had killed. He huffed a breath and limped into the den "Silver" he murmured trying to make his rough voice softer.

I opened my eyes enough to glance at Cadyn, but the black fur scared me, "but he looks just like him" I whimpered, shutting my eyes again
