Sitka slowly sat by a stream, hearing the sounds of a waterfall not far. He had recently found some prey, and was now sharing it with his sister, Nita. Nita ate quietly, only taking small bites of their meal. Sitka, however, didn't eat at all. Nita had notified him of the other tigers around, and he was aware of that. He was very protective over his sister, and would do whatever it took to keep her safe. He let out a small yawn as the sun beamed down on them both, taking away parts of their energy.
Nita sat by her brother, licking her lips clean once she had finished their lunch. She flicked her tail, inhaling all the scents around them, her sides rising and falling with slow breaths. She lifted her head, her eyes scanning the area around them.
