Shyla sighed as she watched her cubs play with each other not far away."Koda, don't wonder away!" she called bounding over to the two."I was only playing, why are you so protective?" groaned Koda, tackling Kiba."Stop it!" cried Kiba hiding between his mothers paws.Shy sighed and picked Koda up, putting him on her back.She picked Kiba up in her jaws and padded forward to look for a place to rest her small family.

Crystal slowly got up from her rest, looking around.She wasn't sure if anyone was around, all she knew was that she was hungry.She had made 2 recent kills, but they had been taken by lions.Sighing, she padded into the long grass to look for something to scavage.
