Dane sighed and lay down beside his new friend, deciding to let him take a break until more playing. "Hey, what was the meat in the bread you were eating earlier? I've never smelled that knd of meat before."

Dreamer shrugged. "Pip brought it to us"

"Oh, it seemed kind of weird. I've seen loads of meat before, but never in that shape, or wrapped in bread like that..." He barked and sat up. "You think your sister is rested enough to play with us soon? I'm getting a bit bored."

Dreamer shrugged. "I don't we haven't eaten in weeks until today, she's pretty weak"

"Oh, hey, I bet I could catch a bird or a rabbit down by the park usin my wolf hunting unstnct!" He yipped and excitedly stood up, thrashing his short and thick tail side to side. "You can come as well if you want too, it's a big journey though, the Park is almost five blocks... Up hill."

"Oh, okay." Dane said and ran out of the alley. He looked up at the steep hill where the sidewalk lay upon and began to walk up it. It wasn't as difficult as he expected, but it definitely wasn't easy. Once he made it to the top of the hill, he plopped down under a bench by a public bus stop and caught his breath, then walked across the street and into the park.

"Hey kid!" A deadly voice barked from nearby.

Malto aw Dane emerge and walk towards the park and he followed, speeding up a little to keep the pup in sight through the legs of the humans

Jinx quikened her pace to be walking behind Malto. If one of the pups began to slip, she could catch it.
