[I'm Not The Only One]

Sarah reached the stables within a couple of moments. As she entered, she heard Trevor was already with her horse. Dreams was grazing from her hay-net when she arrived at his stall. She grabbed a grooming kit she found on the floor and started to groom Dreams. Her dapple-grey coat started to shine as Sarah worked her way down the mares body.

Jack strode into the stables and went straight to Night's stall. She nickered a welcome over to him, while her foal gazed up at him with big wide eyes. He smiled and started to groom first Midnight, then the colt. When he was finished, he lead them both outside and into the paddock to graze. He soon went back to Comet, who was stomping impatiently in his stall. Jack laughed and began to groom him.

Rose smiled at the horses in the paddock then went over to see Sovereign. She clipped him up with his halter and stroked his neck before tying him up outside the stables and then walking over to get his saddle, saddlecloth, bridle and grooming kit. When she came back, she took off his rug and then began to groom him down thoroughly.

[I'm Not The Only One]

After Sarah had finished Dreams off, picking her hooves and all, she led her to the tacking room, where she put the bridle, saddle pad and saddle on her horse. Sarah led her out of the tack room and into the dawn's light. She then mounted and trotted over to where Rose was. "Hey!" she called to her, slowing Dreams to a halt.

Jack finished Comet quickly and did the same as Sarah. Once he was all tacked up, he mounted and walked into the sunshine. He saw Sarah talking to Rose, and Honey and Max getting up to no good for sure, trying to find a way into the paddocks. He smiled at them before trotting over to Rose to ask when lesson started.

After groomig her applaloose throughly, Trevor walked out of the stall and took his lead rope and hooked his halter to it. She smiled at him and patted his neck. "Do you want to get your show off out?" she asked leading him out. Rocky nodded his head and followed Trevor. She lead him to a small empty pasture and walked in with the horse following her. She closed the gate and turned him around and stepped back. "Up up!" she said before he gave a small rear. She repeated and he did the same action. "Who's my good boy?" she asked happily. Rocky whinnied and and looked at her with his big brown eyes. "Are you my good boy?" she asked as Rocky nodded his head. Trevor smiled and him and shook her head. She opened the gate again and lead him back to the stables, where she put him back into his stall and walked over to the tack room to get her tack.

5:12am

Rose smiled at Sarah, "Good morning." she said, letting out a small yawn. She finished grooming Sovereign and then tacked him up properly. He backed away from her when she put his bridle on put he then began to relax and almost doze off. She put the stirrups down on the saddle and looked over at Jack and Sarah.

[[No, no, my fault! I just forgot to ask about it! So, I guess I can start with Reece coming down the driveway? I'll probably start in a while, since I've been at a friends' house and I'm supposed to be doing homework >> ]]

[I'm Not The Only One]

Sarah smiled again back at her, and asked, "When do riding lessons start? And if it's alright, could I please take Dreams around the paddock at a canter? She's very energetic and hasn't been excersised!"

Jack came up behind Sarah on Comet, his skebald coat glistening in the dawn light. He smiled at Rose before turning around and trotting off towards the arena to wait for lesson.

As the car rolled down the driveway, Reece gazed out the window in awe. Perfect paddocks and beautiful, neat stables, horses everywhere and an amazing outdoor arena. He was so glad he had decided to come here, and Reece was sure Trigger would enjoy a holiday in a new place, too. The car pulled up outside the huge stable doors and Reece jumped out, almost tripping in his eagerness. He stared around him for a few seconds before Trigger interrupted his thoughts by stomping his hoof in the float. The sound reverberated inside the float, which made it sound louder than it was, and Reece hoped he hadn't disturbed anybody. At least they'll know I'm here, he thought, rushing to undo the back of the float and lead Trigger out.
The dappled bay horse pricked his ears and jerked his head in every direction, nostrils flared and his eyes alert and taking in his surroundings before he had even stepped off the tailgate. Reece jiggled his leadrope to get his attention and looked around for someone.
"Where should we go, Trig?" he asked his horse absently, looking around for anyone free. Trigger seemed to understand and immediately quietened down to look around them.

Rose looked at Sovereign and stroked his neck before answering Sarah, "Lesson's today aren't until 11am because mum needs to help around the paddock and work on somethings." Rose mounted Sovereign and fixed up her grip on him then looked down at Sarah, "You can take her for a run." she then pointed to the path that leads through the woods, "There's a path on the left that has a tree marked with one line, that path is a good one to run through, it comes out behind the stables too." She then kicked Sovereign over to the car and the boy before saying, "Hey there, I'm Rose."

Reece looked up as a girl riding a big dark horse came up to him. Trigger jerked his head around and silently observed the horse coming towards them. "Hi," Reece started. "My name is Reece. I was, uh, looking for someone who could tell me where to go." He looked towards the stables and then the main house. He squinted up at the girl again, sitting on her beautiful horse.
