Adara giggled and kicked up to full speed, enjoying the freedom. She took a short cut to camp and looked back to see if had followed her down the narrow path. She didn't stop after that and ran as fast as she could towards camp

Saikia jumped down from the tree she trotted into the warriors den. She plumper herself down on the cool rock and let out a huff. She hadn't seen Malto all day. She wondered where he was.

Malto turned his head when he saw Saikia padded into camp, following her silently

Saikia leaped out of the den. It was morning, and she had slept in late. She shook her coat and quickly licked her paws. She hopped she hadn't missed anything important.

Malto looked up and smiled at Saikia. "Good morning"

"Oh, hey" Saikia said. She walked back over to her mate. She sat down next to him and began to lick him. She went back to herself and began to clean herself.

Malto smiled and started to groom Saikia gently, happy they were mates
