Misty smiled as he pressed up against her, and she craned her neck up to look at him. She pressed her soft, fuzzy nose into his cheek lightly, and swished her tail simply.

Roreok continued to look around, refusing to graze. Anyways, he was full, and he didn't need the food, not right now at least. He let out a loud, high pitched whinny to warn anything that was out there that there were inhabitants to the land, but it was only to break a silence that once more seemed to haunt him.

Belladonna moved around so her hindquarters touched the tree. She snorted, dropping her head down. Then she looked back up at Dragon, her eyes searching his. "I need someone to protect me. I need to know, that you will protect me." She said, doubt written in her eyes.

Lazer snorted and walked towards the stream, leaving the stallion's side.

Lotus shook her mane and grazed, flicking her tail. She hadn't eaten in a while. She was standing under a large leafy tree in the shade happily.

Berry was near a patch of wild flowers, eating them wildly as if they were the only food sources on earth.

Dragon reared, striking the air, and came down. "I promise I will, and can, protect you" he said, his eyes blaring into hers.

Belladonna sighed, and shook her head. It was going rather fast. She decided to test the stallion. She whinnied and shook her head, her mane flowing around her. She turned around and galloped off, jumping over fallen logs, seeing how fast the stallion could run. He kept he head held high, tail flowing behind her. She would subdue to him if he could keep up with her, because she had always been very fast. She galloped down the hill, grass flying behind her. She galloped onto the plain and made for the group of trees that signified the forest. She made for the cover of the trees, zigzagging in and out of them, she glanced behind her and saw Dragon racing to keep up with her. She smiled to herself, putting on another burst of speed. She got to the end of the small forest, some called it a corpse, and looked around her, wondering where she was. She was on a small plain that was bordered by every side by trees. At the far end there was a small river flowing slowly, tumbling over the rocks as they headed to the lake that was further down the countryside.
