Drake padded alongside the lakebed and tilted his head upwards towards the sky . It was breezy and snowing . The little snowflakes clung to my thick silvery fur and I looked back down at the end of the lake at the river , the frost tried to freeze over the tiny river but the water was rushing too fast and didn't give the ice a chance to . Puffing out some air I looked back at my path which told me where I came from . I was careless and trampled over some new growth and twigs leaving an obvious messy trail . I perked my ears and strained to hear something anything .
