Blaze bolted foward faster then he had ever run before. He tore across the ground after the rabbit. Dirt flew up in mounds behind him as he ran, but he payed no attention to the dirt. He followed it along the whole course, only panting slightly. he was caught up in the thrill. As the rabbit stopped moving foward, he jumped at it, biting its side.

::Aubre::
Dang, he was pretty fast. Aubre ran over to where Blaze was tearing up the rabbit. "Blaze, drop it." She commanded and picked up the rabbit. Might as well throw it away... Aubre frowned. "I think we found you're specialty." She laughed and lead him back to the bench with their things.

Her ears had perked, but she had seen better.

Blaze's tail wagged as he started to pant a little. He looked for water, but only saw a little puddle of muddy water. He walked towards it and licked up the muddy water. After drinknig the water he walked back to the human. He lay down and started to chew on the grass again.

{ Wondering, do you know why dogs and cats chew on grass? }

She pulled out her water bottle and a plastic bowl out of her purse and set it on the ground for Blaze. She hooked the leash to Sam, who sat up, and waited for Blaze to get a drink of water before they left.

{ Yeah, sort of. Sometimes dogs eat it cause they are sick, and are swallowing the grass to help digest food or try to rid of the disease. }

Blaze quickly licked up all the water from the bowl. Because of his mixed breeding, he panted rarely. He just drank lots more water then other did.

She picked up the bowl and hooked Blaze on his leash. Aubre lead Sam and Blaze back to the yard and let them loose.

Blaze instantly lay down in the grass. He closed his eyes, looking as if he was in pain.

She walked to the house, not noticing Blaze, and put her things in her room. She washed out the bowl and left it to dry. Aubre went to lay down and relax.

She trotted over to a nice tree and patch of dirt and watched over the yard.

She saw Blaze and frowned, walking over. "What's up with you? Sam bite you?" She asked with a laugh.

Blaze remain silent. He kept his eyes closed tight.

{ Not like surgery sick, just like a cold or something... Ticks, a mild case of rabies, etc. He was a stray, you have to remember. }
