Rosa smiled, "It's nice to meet you Romian." she said and blushed the slightest at his comment on her name, looked over at Avalanche then back to Romian, shook her head. "No, he adopted me as a sister when I was a cub...Well, a young cub that is...I escaped a zoo you see..." she said and sat down rubbed the scar on her chest with her paw then set her paw back down with a sorrowful look crossing her face, her expression turned light and friendly as quick as it had gone sad. "Wanna play a game? I'm sure you'll be okay here..I mean isn't the water hole to be shared by everyone, any animal...It is the only one for a long while out here..." she smiled and stood back up.

Romian listened to Rosa as she spoke, wondering what the 'zoo' was.He decided not to ask Rosa as he thought it might hurt her feelings again."A game..? What if somebody sees me? I don't want to live with a pride.." he whimpered looking at the floor.it was truth, he didn't want to go and live with a pride.He knew his mother would be furious if another lion or lioness went back to the pride with him, and he knew he would just end up leaving it when he got older.He looked back up at Rosa waiting for her reply, hoping it wasn't what he expected it to be.

"Like I said this waterhole is supposed to be shared, besides neither me nor Avalanche would do that...No worries...It's just I haven't had an actual friend to play with other than Avalanche and he can't really play right....since he's and adult and has to be careful not to hurt me." Rosa said.

Romian nodded slowly, but he still felt a little nervous around Avalanche."All right, what game did you want to play then?" he asked Rosa looking up at her.He hadn't really played with another cub so he didn't know many games he could play.

Rosa thought a moment, "Uh....Well...We could playfight...or tag...hide and seek...take your pick." she smiled.

"Playfight or hide and seek sounds good, although Iv'e never played tag.What sounds better for you though, it's your choice" he shrugged.

Rosa smiled, "Well I finally have an actual opponet so." she stood and suddenly tackled him, pinned him to the ground with a gleeful smile. "Pinned ya." she giggled.
