"Nanook, you dummy! Of course Holly isn't gonna lose! Holly never loses!" Aleu scoffed, tail flicking dismissively.
"But Holly says every dog loses sometimes." Nanook protested.
Zeke butted in with a mischevious smile. "Even Holly lost a race once, little pup. Now THAT is an interesting tale."
Holly sat up and scowled at him. "Don't. You. Dare." She growled, flattening her ears.
