"Thimble? Honey? Its me, Blue. You were asleep for ages! You worried me sick." Blue said like he had planned it rapidly as soon as Thimble woke up. The smell of the place, the sound of the screams, the taste of sick in her beak.
"Wha-? Why am I in the hospital Blue?" Thimble asked feebly.
"Someone hit you in the head with a log, when you went to see Queen CJ." Blue repllied like he hadn't a matter in the world.
Could Queen Thimble please leave now. You have woken and we are very crowded. We are very sorry. The raspy vouce came through the loud speaker like bees coming out of a nest.
As Thimble got up, she thought of her Uncle, Moose. He had died a year ago of heart falirue. She suddenly saw him appear and she hooted as loudly as ever.
"Uncle Moose! Uncle Moose!" She cried in glee as tears pricked her eyes.
"Thimble, honey, there is nothing there. I think we better go." Blue said calmly, except he couldn't hide the fear in his voice.
As a tortise came by, they hopped on, with Thimble in a deep gaze behind her.
