Ameena sat at the watering hole, lapping up some water every so often.

Gaspar rested lazily on a rock, watching everyone and everything attentively. He was kind of acting as a guard but kind of not. No one else was really paying attention so he had decided that he would. Plus, he didn't really talk to anyone.

Zador walked back into the main camp of their pride, dragging an antelope he had just caught behind him. The pride was in need of food, so he just decided to go for a hunt. "Food!" He yelled, dropping the dead animal in the middle of the camp. He had already eated while he was out.

Ameena trotted back to the pride and noticed Gaspar before giggling. "What are you doing?" she called up to the lion resting on the rock. She sat under the rock, where Gaspar could see her, but where she could be out of the hot sunlight.

Giesha spotted a boar walking towards the water hole as well. She knew that boars were tough so she waited until it came to the waterhole. She also saw across the water hole two lionesses and a cub. Giesha supposed that it would be best to kill the boar and get out of there and not disturbe them more than she had to. She crouched down, crept as close as she could, and pounced on the boar. She wrestled with it a moment or so then it drowned. She didn't even need to claw is. "Sorry for the inconvinence." She bowed to the others politely. "I'll be going now." She took the boar and headed home to her cub.

She also remembered the cruel glee she felt as she scored gouges across her enemy's flank, knowing she was protecting her family and her home. "And I enjoy both." She trotted over to them to stand a few feet away.
