Zyphan walked out of his den with a yawn. He looked around to see if any one else was up yet. Not seeing anyone yet, he leaped down from his perch and went to get a hunt in.

Mercury ran through some tall grass, his eyes shining happily. The young cub tripped over his own paws but quikly bounced back up. "Come on! The watering hole is right over there!"

Serene followed the energetic cub at a slower pace. "The watering hole isn't going anywhere." The old lioness carefully skirted around a rock.

Skye was crouched down, her fur blending in with the golden grass. Amber eyes watched her target as it walked by, not noticing her. "Ha! Got you!" She said as she launched herself forward, landing on her "prey".

Nero let out a startled noise as his legs buckled under him. Hearing the exclamation, he easily recognized Skye's voice. The male rolled over, easily knocking her off. "I would like it if you didn't always use me for pouncing practice."

Ina padded through the tall grass, closing her eyes as the slight breeze brushed through her pelt. She yawned and stretched, before standing up and looking around the savanna. She sniffed, wondering if there were any lions or lionesses around.
