Finally, he looked up into Basil's dark brown eyes. "Every rabbit does. It is difficult being alone. But you..." He shuffled his feet nervously. "I don't feel alone when I'm with you." He closed his eyes and turned away in embarrassment. What am I saying? But he knew exactly what he was saying, and he hoped he had read Basil correctly, he didn't want to push her away if he misread her comments.

The lil baby just opened its eyes she looked around an there wasnt anybody or anything... at least she thought... she saw this big dog like thing... she wanted to scream but... didn't... she tried to hop around but was too little ... soon it left an she yelled for help.. or atleast she thought.. more sounded like a bunch of jabber... she was alone.. lost.. in this big world..

Caliope heard a small mewing sound. She hopped cautiously towards it. Peering over a bush, she saw a small huddled shape crying pitifully{teka}. "Hello?" She crept forward slowly and stopped next to it. She determined that it didn't pose any immediate threat and touched it gently with her nose. "I'm here now, little one." She nuzzled it and almost cried it was so small and cold. She laid down next to the baby bunny, hoping to warm it with her thick fur.
