Kai hopped in the brush, seeing a wild herd of horses she back up. "Atleast there is life outside my kind..."

Basil set her flowers down in a safe spot and followed Pasival cautiously. All her senses were alert and her fur was stiff from a bit of fear and anticipation to leave," Be careful." Basil breathed into Parsival's ear. She didn't want to alert any predator.

Parsival

He peered out from behind a bush. He saw a hole near the far stream bank and shuddered slightly. "That's it. That's what Hyacinth described." He hoped there wasn't a fox in it but knew something would be living in that hole, fox or not. Suddenly, he froze, only his small nose twitching as the breeze shifted. The musky smell of fox hit them full force and he scrabbled backwards. "There is DEFINITELY a fox there!" He coughed out and shoved Basil in the side. "Let's get out of here!"

Teka smiled an hopped down with a poof... "OOF." she says with the air being knocked out of her.. she hopped around an smiled.. she ate some an then her nose twitched.. "Wts twat swll?" ("whats that smell") she asked not knowing what a foxes scent was.

Basil smelled it too and ran full speed. She looked back to see if Parsival was following, not willing to let him lag behind. Her eyes watched him and kept running with all her might.

Vaughn flicked his ears as he spotted yet another doe. It looked slightly like the other. "Hello?" He asked quietly, noticing she was very alert.

Parsival

Parsival ran next to Basil until they reached the field. There, he saw Calliope next to a small kit. He hopped up to her. "Hyacinth was right. A fox den is by the stream in the forest." She nodded briskly but made brief eye contact with Basil. Her ears twitched, noticing how close Parsival stood next to her. "Alright, I'll spread the news." She shook her head wonderingly at the pair as she wandered back to the kit.

Calliope

Calliope hopped back to Teka. "That, is a fox you smell. And those, are the lead rabbits." She nodded towards Basil and Parsival. She nuzzled the small kit. "And if you ever smell that outside, you should run and hide." She rubbed her nose with her paw, hoping to get rid of the musky odor that made her fur stand on edge, even though she knew it was nowhere near them.

Vaughn flicked his ears as he spotted yet another doe. It looked slightly like the other. "Hello?" He asked quietly, noticing she was very alert.

Kai twitched, lookig at the buck. Her ears pricked listening to him "Hello..."

Basil hadn't even notice how close she was to him, but cocked her head a little at the rabbit, "Are you going to make an announcement?" She asked looking at Parsival quickly, before being ready to run back to the warren.

Calliope

She looked over at Parsival and he nodded. With her permission, she barked a few times for the rabbits to come see her. She nudged Teka and together, they went to go talk to the warren rabbits and inform them.

Parsival

Parsival watched Basil, impressed by how easygoing she was around Calliope, who was known around the warren for seeming rather harsh and dangerous. He followed her.
