"Immortal. Do I really need to spell it?"

{ Status ; Mountain Pack Betess
{ Relationship ; None
{ Location ; Near the camp
{ Emotion ; Nervous / Excited
{ Plans ; Show Russet around

Everywhere I turn, I hurt someone.
But there's nothing I can say
to change the things I've done.
I'd do anything within my power,
I'd give everything I've got.
But the path I seek is hidden
from me now.

I m m o r t a l

Immortal's eyelids and light-toned eyelashes fluttered as she looked at Russet from the corner of her eye, feeling his tail brush back and forth against hers. It was a rather ticklish feeling and was an interesting addition of colors - her snow white pelt and his dark-russet pelt, which oddly enough reminded her of the transition into autumn. No matter how little the contact that they seemed to have, she always had the strangest reaction because of it. If they had the ability to blush as two-leggeds did, I'm sure her cheeks would've been crimson. She was sure that he found it amusing too, and so she did her best not to show much of it.

The demoness lifted her head with a tad bit of both dominance and pride - although the dominance was not direction towards the male. But just as she straightened her posture and mentally bore her chest out, Immy slightly turned her head to realize her lake-blue eyes were suddenly locked with his. It was that liquid-honey she could not escape. Focus, just focus. She repeated in her thoughts and quickly looked back forwards into the distance. There wasn't much snow falling from the clouds, but just enough to give it a nice atmosphere. That and the sun that radiated down on upon them - what a coincidence that everything had turned out so pretty around them as they began their walk. It only made her that much more self-conscious.

"Well.. I guess I should probably start that tour right about now," Immortal teased with a small smile, and continued, "River Pack is in this direction, but the closest pack to us is Forest. Next, Stream and then River. Stream and River are just about in the same direction, so sometimes that gets a bit confusing." She had to admit, it was very nice having a large amount of territory - the mountains themselves.

"Kenai, the tough pup!"

{ Status ; Mountain Pack Pup
{ Relationship ; None
{ Location ; In Immortal's den
{ Emotion ; Tired but excited
{ Plans ; Look for someone to tussle with

So tell 'em all I'm on my way,
New friends and new places to see.
And to sleep under the stars who could ask for more,
With the moon keeping watch over me.

K e n a i

Heart pounding. Feet beating. Nose twitching.

Boom.

A familiar face rose into view, amber eyes gleaming with hunger. The lips of the wolf were lifted to reveal gleaming teeth as the limbs and head of a wild hare dangled full of death with the clamped jaws. A growl echoed within the small area as the cream wolf turned to pad heavily away, muscles rippling against the brute's light-toned fur. Something seemed oddly creepy and familiar about the wolf.

Suddenly the dream began to fade, and the young pup's head lifted from the stone floor of Immortal's den. Kenai eyes lazily scanned around the small perimeter before resting on the exit of the den. His jaws parted as a yawn exploded, letting his salmon-toned tongue loll out of his mouth. When his jaws finally shut and he shoved himself up from the cave's surface, he padded out towards the real world and further away from his dreams. The young male's thick paws thumped against the stone and left prints as he moved steadily.

Within moments Kenai was finally wide awake and focussed on getting himself into a play fight or some fun trouble. His creamy tail waved excitedly back and forth as gentle pants escaped his maw.

Rank- Hunter
Pack- River
Gender- Fae
Status- Single

West
"Don't fear the wolf but the wild within."
The elk bleated in alarm and for a split second West wondered why. The bony beast caught it's leg in a partially hidden rabbit hole and crashed to the hard ground, uttering another call of alarm. West flinched at each call. She was dangerously close to the Stream's territory, moreso than her own pack's. The last thing she needed was some sort of confrontation from another angry bunch of grumpy wolves.
She pounced on the fallen elk, wrestling to get a grip on it's neck. After a futile effort and many minutes of struggling, West released her hold on the dead quarry. It's head fell against the ground with a dull thud and the little fae sat for a moment panting cheerifully.

Rank- Rogue
Gender- Brute
Status- Single

North
"Death does not exist for us; remember that 'til the day we die."
North growled as he approached West, eyes narrowed warningly. Her catch was his gain, no questions asked about it. He'd done it many times before. This time wouldn't be any more different, and frankly, with the scent of River wolf on her, he could only think about that snarky Betaess from the same pack that had caused him to injure himself without reason.
He placed a forepaw on the fallen elk, fangs bared and fur bristled at West, warning her to simply get lost or else.

Rank- Loner
; staying with the forests
Gender- Brute
Status- Single

East
“Sometimes the questions are complicated and the answers are simple.”
East minced about the small clearing outside the fae's den. His tail was held bolt upright, as was his tail in mock dominance. Of course he was anything but an Alpha or Beta or Delta... but he was something.
This didn't stop him from parading about in a playful manner before he turned to face Polaris. Then, as quick as a flash, he darted behind a fallen log into some crisp foliage to hide.

Polaris

Pack- Black Eyes
Rank- fighter;
Working towards lead
Gender- Fae
Status- Single

Polaris watched East curiously raising an eyebrow. "What in the world is wrong with you?" she asked laughing a little bit. He reminded her of Jaythen walking around as if she more important than everyone else. When she saw him hide she walked over to the foliage and sniffed in curiously. "East?" she asked.

Savita

Savita rolled her eyes dramatically, and when she finished, she levelled her beta with a bored look. "Neither of the two in our pack interest me. Don't wait to try just because I haven't found anyone interesting." Savita turned quickly, heading back to camp and trusting that her beta would follow her. The conversation had bothered her, bothered her a great deal more than she wanted to admit. "I'm going for a nap." She called back to Denali, her ears pinned back. "Go find Taavi. Talk to him. Figure out when he can spar with Analea and Lusa." And with that she stopped talking, and headed to her den. Denali knew that Savita was a wolf of few words. She rarely spoke as much as she just had, and she didn't usually tell anyone when they were dismissed; she just turned around. It was almost an unspoken thing in the pack; they all knew it.

Jaythen

Jaythen bowed her head again, and quickly stepped away from her Alpha's den. She was tired, which was unusual for her at the time of day. Maybe it was talking to Polaris that had her so tired out... She slowly made her way back to her own den, intending to take a short nap before she decided to go out and look in the territory for a while. The snow was melting, and she wanted to take a look at the land as it started to thaw out.

Taavi

Taavi hesitated a moment, and then flicked his ears a little. He tilited his head to one side, and smiled at her. "So miss Lusa." He said, sitting down in front of his den. "What would you like to do?" He was playing the host now, something he was not accustomed to doing. He didn't know if he should offer her a tour, take her to the hunting grounds, show her where the closest and clearest stream was... He decided that maybe a tour might actually be the best. "Would you care for a tour?" He asked, eyeing her curiously.

Lusa wagged her tail. "Sure. A tour sounds fun." She said, a happy look on her face. She was glad she was so far being accepted into the pack. Though she wasn't sure about the alphaess. She seemed stressed alot, but she assumed all alphas were. She was sure it wasn't easy being the leader of a pack. Her light blue eyes were bright as she waited for Taavi to lead the way.

Fallen Leaves sniffed at the Stream pack border. The large russet colored brute memorized the scent, in case he ran into any of the same scents, or a wolf from that pack. He looked around, his ears perked, wondering whether he should stay where he was, or move on to investigate more of the area. His tail flickered slightly, as a rabbit came into his view. He was tempted to go after it, but shook his head. He didn't want to be accused of stealing prey.

Mako listened, a bit of amusement showing in his eyes, then disappeared slightly. "Well i'm glad you're alright." He said, a kind look on his face. He remembered his pup hood. He'd gone swimming a few times, but only under the watchful eye of his adoptive mother.

Rylan lowered her eyes and scuffed a paw on the ground. "Yeah... things're pretty messed up back where I live." She looked up sharply, eyes glimmering. "Oh, I really wish I was a bear." She had a mischievous smile. "That way I'd be fat enough to float. Who needs muscular endurance? Just put on weight." She chuckled.

Mako chuckled, his eyes bright. "I would just hate sleeping through the whole winter." He said, thinking of what it must be like to sleep for around four straight months, possibly more, possibly less. He shook his pelt slightly.

Denali
Crush: ---
Nickname: Nali
Rank: Betaess of Stream Pack
Talking To: Taavi

Denali was very used to Vita's version of ending a conversation. It was actually one of Nali's favorite styles too. Padding behind her silently, the fae broke off when they reached the camp, trotting off in the direction she last saw Taavi. She found him with the fae as before. 'Taavi!' She called lightly, making her way over. 'Savita send my over to see when you can do the fight testing?' The fae said evenly, before flicking her gaze to Lusa. 'Pardon my rudeness before, I was busy. My name is Denali, it's a pleasure to meet you.'
