Everywhere I turn, I hurt someone.
But there's nothing I can say
to change the things I've done.
I'd do anything within my power,
I'd give everything I've got.
But the path I seek is hidden
from me now.

Immortal's eyelids and light-toned eyelashes fluttered as she looked at Russet from the corner of her eye, feeling his tail brush back and forth against hers. It was a rather ticklish feeling and was an interesting addition of colors - her snow white pelt and his dark-russet pelt, which oddly enough reminded her of the transition into autumn. No matter how little the contact that they seemed to have, she always had the strangest reaction because of it. If they had the ability to blush as two-leggeds did, I'm sure her cheeks would've been crimson. She was sure that he found it amusing too, and so she did her best not to show much of it.
The demoness lifted her head with a tad bit of both dominance and pride - although the dominance was not direction towards the male. But just as she straightened her posture and mentally bore her chest out, Immy slightly turned her head to realize her lake-blue eyes were suddenly locked with his. It was that liquid-honey she could not escape. Focus, just focus. She repeated in her thoughts and quickly looked back forwards into the distance. There wasn't much snow falling from the clouds, but just enough to give it a nice atmosphere. That and the sun that radiated down on upon them - what a coincidence that everything had turned out so pretty around them as they began their walk. It only made her that much more self-conscious.
"Well.. I guess I should probably start that tour right about now," Immortal teased with a small smile, and continued, "River Pack is in this direction, but the closest pack to us is Forest. Next, Stream and then River. Stream and River are just about in the same direction, so sometimes that gets a bit confusing." She had to admit, it was very nice having a large amount of territory - the mountains themselves.
"Kenai, the tough pup!"

So tell 'em all I'm on my way,
New friends and new places to see.
And to sleep under the stars who could ask for more,
With the moon keeping watch over me.

Heart pounding. Feet beating. Nose twitching.
Boom.
A familiar face rose into view, amber eyes gleaming with hunger. The lips of the wolf were lifted to reveal gleaming teeth as the limbs and head of a wild hare dangled full of death with the clamped jaws. A growl echoed within the small area as the cream wolf turned to pad heavily away, muscles rippling against the brute's light-toned fur. Something seemed oddly creepy and familiar about the wolf.
Suddenly the dream began to fade, and the young pup's head lifted from the stone floor of Immortal's den. Kenai eyes lazily scanned around the small perimeter before resting on the exit of the den. His jaws parted as a yawn exploded, letting his salmon-toned tongue loll out of his mouth. When his jaws finally shut and he shoved himself up from the cave's surface, he padded out towards the real world and further away from his dreams. The young male's thick paws thumped against the stone and left prints as he moved steadily.
Within moments Kenai was finally wide awake and focussed on getting himself into a play fight or some fun trouble. His creamy tail waved excitedly back and forth as gentle pants escaped his maw.
{ Excuse the rambling. ;u; So bad. All of my babies are correctly added on the front page. <3 }
