Lyla sat down,pretty relaxed at the moment,but just then,her ears perked up at the sound of a faint howl in the distance.Supposing it was a male.She howled back in a long low howl and slowly moved in the direction where she had heard the howl.The snow crunched beneath her paws as she began to walk.

Shadow smiled as he herd the reply howl.His ears swiveled around again before he started towards the low howl that had filled his ears.The icy cold, snow crunched under his paws as he walked, the scent of the female getting stronger.

Rusty smelt a female. He tilted his head in curiosity. He trotted toward Lyla. "Hello there" he said, smiling.

Shadow waged his tail gently as he saw the female up-ahead.He bounded to her but skidded to a stop a the sight of a male with her.Suddenly he felt unsure and like he should leave but, he wasen't going to back down, so he continued forward and stopped a few feet say."Hi, Im Shadow" he said with a small, nervous smile, not bothering to mention his full name.

Rusty saw the other male, and frowned. He looked back at Lyla, with a worried smile.
