The ebony and ivry dove smiled at Cressa and Caspian, gently returning the nudge to her friends shoulder. She was glad for everything; going as smoothing and calmly as it was. She had a great friend, and was the lead mare of a herd. Her mother had only come to be a simple mare in a stallions herd before she branched off to find something more interesting. The dove shook away her thought's of her deceased mother, Shame, to smile warmly at her herd. She had been smiling a lot; and the corners of her maw had begun to hurt a bit, and so her wide smile had faded into something more subtle as she began to look around more. The thicket Caspian had picked out seemed perfect; not that she would argue with him in any case anyhow.

Head bobbing up and down the bachelor neighed and smacked the ground with his right hoof a few times. Not saying anything more the stallion began to pick up his feet and rose his plume like a flag behind him. Rather proud of himself for independant reasons, Sty began to trot toward Meera and the other mare, hoping they'd get the hint to move and run on with him.

"Yet Freedom!
yet thy banner torn but flying,
Streams like the thunder storm against the wind;
Thy trumpet voice,
though broken now and dying;
The loudest still the tempest leaves behind.''- Lord Byron
