Aerie rolled on her back and stood weakily on her paws, she coughed up some water, then looked at the two males, "No, I-I don't need mouth to mouth" she said wiping her lips.

(( that is fine by me c: also that sounds physically impossible since
canids lack the proper muscles to adequately move their lips in order to "kiss".
if anything they would just look like they were rubbing muzzles awkwardly. ))
