Loki - 3 Years - Omega - Single
At the sound of all the commotion outside, Loki abandoned his petty prank and boldly dashed from Crimson's den. It was a simple matter to follow Fly through the forest to the site of the murder. His greif was getting the better of him and he was running rather noisily. Loki did not blame him, of course. It was merely an observation.
By the time he arrived behind Fly, he felt sick from the stench of death and had to take a moment to compose himself so that he would not vomit.
Someone had written a message in the corpse's blood as well, meaning this was obviously not an accident, but a cold-blooded killing.
Though he could not bring himself to look at the lifeless eyes of the dead fae, he still bravely came to sit behind Fly and to the left. Loki knew there was nothing he could really do except be there, so he was there.
Catori - 2 Years - Subordinate - Single
She watched with a cold expression as Stellar approached, but other than that, Catori did rather impressive job of keeping her emotions in check. At first, she wondered why Stellar was even here, but the beta's words soon explained it.
It seemed that Tori was to go hunting after all... She nodded silently, and perhaps a little too stiffly, before trotting up to Winter to wait for the party to set out.
That was when things got a little crazy. There was yelling and howling, and wolves were running back and forth like there was a fire. She kept hearing something about a dead wolf, but no one mentioned a name, and she found herself wondering why it was such a big deal. If this wolf was not one of theirs, then it was probably some old loner who had starved to death or something. That sort of thing happened all the time, so why, then?
Catori simply held her position and waited. It would do no good to lose herself in the panic, or to make it worse, so she figured that staying put was probably her best bet.
Cliff - 4 Years - Subordinate - Single
Cliff cocked his head, listening with polite interest to what Ellie had to say. He made no attempt to respond until she had finished, but once she had, his thoughtfulness was prominent.
"Hm... Crimson is a busy guy. He might have just forgotten, but I know he did not mean to."
Cliff raised his head a little, swiveling one ear sideways at the sound of a distant howl. He was fairly certain that it did not concern him, so he just made a mental note of it and went on speaking.
"None to worry. I'll show you a few hunting tricks. Shall we-"
Cliff was interrupted mid-scentence by a piercing shriek. He shot to his paws and watched as Stellar cam charging into camp with news a dead fae. Immideately, Cliff looked to his alpha for guidance. He knew better than to panic. That would just make everything worse.
