Serinity thought for a moment. "Well it can be slightly hard at times, but it is always much easier having someone to do it with."

Jack perked his ears. "My sister told me, Serinity, I'm second in command at this herd so I know everything that goes on."

[orpheus.]

Twig nodded, "I guess the hard work pays off, though." He smiled and flicked his ear at a fly.

"Oh that's ok, sorry if I got a bit narky!" I lifted my head again and nibbled some nearby grass, then I bounded over to a small green plant. "Look at this!" I exclaimed "It's alf alpha, I haven't seen any in a while." I was quick to nibble on a few stems but leaving some for Jack.

Serinity smiled. "Yeah it does." she nibbled some grass nearby.

Jack dipped his head to Charlie. "Eat it all."

"Don't you want any?" I stopped eating and ripped a stalk off and nudged it towards him. "I'm not going to eat it all, not unless you have some!" I bowed my head keeping my ears low. I smelt the air. A hawk. Not far away, a shadow loomed over me and Jack I froze and looked up the hawk soared directly above us. "Don't move!" I whispered

Twig smiled and nibbled at a stem of grass, before raising his head to scent out any predators. "You get quite a few foxes around here." He remarked.

[Nialler.]

Jack just looked up at the hawk and with a shrug bounded over to his burrow and dived into it.

Serinity frowned slightly. "Yeah that happens to be our only problem here." she put her head in the air and scented one.

[orpheus.]

Twig shrugged, "No where's perfect. So, where do we check out now?" He asked, scenting out the fox.

Fern's burrow was now completely lined with feathers, leaves and other materials. She bounded out of the hole and towards a stream, lapping up the water.

[Nialler.]

Jack emerged from his burrow and slowly padded out.

Serinity yawned slightly. "Well once I get here, and see everything is good, I go relax by the river." she looked at Twig slightly.
