Lotus turned and nodded, "Ya the works just rounded a group up for us, so you guys get to pick out of them which ones you want. We can then see if you can tame them and for the most art get them out of the pen when it is time." she smiled and walked over to the pen, looking at the horses in it.
Summer snorted as she was pulled into the pen and the gate was closed. She then looked around fearful, "Where are we?" she asked urning to Raven. She was scared and stayed close to him, as she watched the other shores around her.
Rain snorted and turned, "They are rounding a few of the wild roses up." she said and turned to him tilting her head. "What's wrong they do this every year?" she asked not knowing why he seemed to care about horses he did not know at all.

Crystal watched the horses as they were put into the pens and pouted but then a horse caught her eye. A buckskin (Spirit). He had a protective personality to him and was with an Appaloosa mare. She could tell what gender they were by the way they acted. Perhaps she could get both? No, she really did like the buckskin. She walked up to the pen that the Appaloosa and buckskin were in and she leaned on the pen, avoiding eye contact and just overall letting a kind aura settle over her. She reached out her hand slightly, still not looking but keeping an eye on them out of the corner of her eyes should he try to bite. She did not try to touch either of them, she merely held her hand out to be sniffed.

Raven gave a squeal of a whinny as he was put into the pen next to Summer. He snorted and shook his head. He gave the same sort of whinny again and reared, bringing his heavy hooves down on the metal bars that locked them in. He shook his head and he backed up, hearing Summer come close to him for comfort. He was breathing heavy and he snorted, shaking his head. He then looked to Summer, his eyes angry and sad but not because of her. His nostrils flaring, he decided to tell her the truth. "We're in what humans call pens. They put wild horses here so they can't escape and then they try to break our wild spirit... I was born a tamed horse but I had an abusive human and I ran away and became wild. I don't want that to happen to you, that's why I fought so hard to protect you," he told her, his eyes now sad instead of angry. He rubbed the side of his head against her neck in a comforting way. "I'm so sorry. We never should have checked out what that whinny was," he whinnied sadly.

Sunchaser shook his head and flailed his mane. He looked at Rain. "Why do they do this? Why can't they let them be free?" he whinnied, pawing the ground, angry, but he knew he could do nothing. He once had his own herd and they were all captured, including him. He hated how the humans rounded them up with their shiny monsters that made so much noise and not to mention he felt betrayed by tame horses. He snorted and looked at Rain. "You tame horses don't understand the freedom we have and how much we love it!" he neighed but he didn't rear or try to hurt Rain. He wouldn't take it out on a mare, even if she was tamed. He wasn't like that, no matter how wild his heart was.
