Taylor yawned and fell asleep, her puppies curled up next to her stomach and sleeping soundly.

Caolan listened to the older male rant a little, he didn't mind though. ""Okay, then we can both hunt, and it will get done faster. Your mother taught you? Okay, I've heard about your mother like two or three times since I met you, how about while we eat you tell me about her, if you'd like, I mean, you don't have to, I'm just sort of curious." the male said. "You seem to worry a lot, don't you? Either that or you are really good at excuses/planning." Caolan said, smiling up at the male lightly. Caolan crouched into his hunting stanced, waiting for a sign of something he could hunt. The male had to wait for about five minutes before a rabbit came along. He killed it within seconds and scraped earth over it to continued his hunting.

Kudos nodded. 'I would like that.' He smiled happily, he had never got the chance to talk to anyone about his past before. It didn't bother him that much, his past was nothing exciting, but sometimes it was nice to say the memories out loud and to share them with someone. 'Ha. As omega I get into trouble more easily than others- I learnt quickly that I didn't always have to tell the truth. Planning? Yeah. I plan alot, thinking ahead saves me looking like an idiot if I get caught out on the spot.' He chuckled quietly, then watched Caolan hunt the rabbit. Kudos flicked his tail, copying Caolan's hunting stance. 'Gosh this feels weird.' The male wasn't used to having to keep crouched near the floor for so long. He stalked forward, hearing a twig snap in a near by bush. He shot out his massive paw and managed to drag/hit a small rabbit out. He flicked his ear's, wondering what to do next. Remembering what his mother told him, he quickly grabbed onto the rabbit who was running away. He sunk his teeth into its back and paniced a little, his mother had told him that the easiest way to kill prey was to harm their air supply. The rabbit began to jerk in pain and struggle to get free, and without thinking Kudos let his instincts kick in and he shook the rabbit like a ragdoll until it fell limp. He dug a small hole, and covered it just like Caolan had.

Caolan smiled lightly and nuzzled Kudos when he dropped down into his fighting stance next to Caolan. The male watched Kudos pluck the rabbit from the bushes and he smiled lightly. "Nicely done." he said, he heard noises, and smirked, deviously. "Now I shall catch something for us to share." he said. He lept from the ground, and forced all of his weight onto the small squirrel in the bushes. Caolan disappeared for a minute before he trotted from the bushes, dead squirrel hanging in his mouth. "I can tell what an animal is before I see it, I have learned how to scent what animal it is, and also know what noises each animals make." he said, dropping the squirrel infront of Kudos. "So, let's go back to where we were first and we can eat while you talk about your history?" he asked, although it wasn't exactly a question.

Kattri wondered where her pack was. She had never left camp overnight, but she had not seen a few members in a while. She huffed thoughtfully. She knew Caolan and Kudos had left together. She knew they were still out. But there were still members whose whereabouts were unknown. She looked a bit confused, tilting her head and looking around the desolate camp.

Kudos smiled proudly as Caolan praised him. He felt like a pup in training, but he didn't mind. 'Thanks!' He watched as Caolan disapeared and then reappear quickly with a squirrel. 'Really?' Kudos flicked one ear down whilst the other stayed up. 'They all smell the same to me. They all make the same noises too- Just rustly and runny noises.' Kudos nodded and trotted back a little bit, digging back up his small rabbit. He picked up his prize and trotted away to the big oak that they had stayed under, laying down he dropped the rabbit and began licking and pulling off its pelt to eat it properly. He waited for Caolan, happy that he had made a friend that he could talk to. Of course, he knew that he could talk to Shiver too... But she seemed too interested in Ghost to spend time with him. But he was happy for her, he would never want someone to restrict themselves to just having one friend to make him happy.

Caolan smiled lightly at Kudos. "I have had years of practice, I've been a hunter most of my life." Caolan said. "Apparently I have good ears, rabbits make little noise with their feet since they are small, bucks and does, also elk make a lot of noise, bears and other large animals make the most noise, squirrels and chipmunks make the least." Caolan said. He dug up his rabbit and followed after Kudos, laying down next to him, letting their fur touch. He started to munch on his rabbit, and put the squirrel in between them.
