Kattri arrived back in camp. The alphaess looked around the clearing. Her icy blue eyes settled on Ghost and Shiver. She flicked her ears and gave them a nod of acknowledgement as the small white fae forced all the emotion from her eyes. Kattri looked toward her den and back to the trees. Where should she go now?

I finished after a few bites, licking my lip and looking up at her. "I do apologize if I seem a bit hungry... I tend to only eat once every other day." I raised my eyebrows. Now that I was fed, and not as grumpy, I was in a bit of a better mood."A hunter I take it?" I asked. I wasn't one of the types of brutes that didn't give the other wolf time to answer before they asked another question.

Kattri looked at the two and visually thought, her eyes moving to the treetops. She flicked her ears once more before heading toward the trees in the opposite direction. She was not too sure of where exactly she was headed. Kattri did have an old favorite destination from her time between packs.

Shiver shrugged lightly. "Yeah. I killed her." she said, motioning to the doe. "Kudos, and Kattri helped me retrieve it." she said. "It's fine. Why do you not eat everyday?" she asked. "Yeah. What about you?" Shiver asked the rather large male.

I flicked an ear again. "I don't take more than I need, and that is only every other day. It sharpens my senses, being hungry, and while it makes others weaker, it tends to help me tone myself out." I paused, as her next question came out. "I am a fighter, I don't exactly have the patience to hunt, nor the skill it takes. Fighting it something that comes naturally to me..." I told her. I looked down at my paws before looking back up at her. "Perhaps you'd like to come walk around the territory with me? I have to check the borders, and I think Knight is off duty... And I just need some company..." I admitted, looking up at her hopefully.

I walked out of camp, Shiver by my side before I acknowledged the question. I glanced around, making sure no one was listening. "Yes, you were just caught at the wrong place at the wrong time. I.. I have a bit of an anger problem, no thanks to my mom..." I told her, laying my ears flat on my head.

Shiver smiled at him. "It's okay, Ghost, I understand. My father was an a**hole." she said. She saw his ears flatten and her eyes became caring, loving, and kind. She rested her head on Ghost's shoulder for a few moments and whispered to him "It's okay, Ghost, and if it happes again, I'll know what's going on, and I'll understand." Shiver said smiling up at him. "You can be sweet when it counts, and that's all that matters to me." Shiver said.

I chuckled a bit, ready to reply, but she put her head on my shoulder. The only thing I could do was stop for a moment and smile. I turned my head to the side so I could see her, "Yes, I suppose so." I told her. "My mom was the Fae with anger issues, and my dad was the pack loner. I ended up with both of their traits..." I said somewhat disappointedly. I perked my ears as we continued on, "What about you? I mean, what's your story?" I asked as we walked.
